I am a delivery driver who is owed money for various issues with orders. I had trouble marking one delivery as completed, was sent twice to a closed restaurant for pick-ups, and had an order missing at a restaurant. I was promised over the phone that I would receive $16 for these inconveniences. I am unsure of when and how I will receive this payment, whether it will be deposited into my account or added to my pay on the app. Additionally, I encountered slow days where the app seemed to have problems. I received very few delivery requests and experienced errors when trying to accept jobs. I believe I missed out on around $[redacted] for each of the two days this happened, which lasted over 5 hours each day. I am looking for clarification on if I will be compensated for this issue. I recently placed an order on Uber Eats, but there was an issue with the app causing my order to be duplicated. Despite not causing the error, it resulted in a frustrating experience. As a frequent user who spends around $[redacted] per week on Uber Eats due to my busy schedule as a businesswoman, this was very disappointing. The first delivery driver mentioned that it was too crowded and canceled the order, only for the restaurant to make the same order anyway. After a two-hour phone call with Uber Eats customer service, during which I encountered a rude representative who insisted on troubleshooting steps that were not working, I was unable to enjoy my meal as intended. Despite my efforts to cancel the duplicate order, the overall customer service experience left much to be desired, as they did not seem to understand the inconvenience and wasted time caused by the error.

I had a frustrating experience ordering from 3 Guys in Wallsend, Newcastle at 10pm. After multiple cancelled orders, I finally ordered a Chicken wrap with chips and chilli. Despite the simple order, it never arrived within the promised delivery window of 10:40pm to 11pm. No one answered when I tried calling the provided number, and my order was still active on Uber EATS. After a call from the restaurant stating they don't deliver to my address and canceled the order, the app still showed it as on its way, causing confusion. The restaurant's failure to promptly update their delivery area caused unnecessary inconvenience. Disappointed by this poor service, especially as a new customer, I won't be using their service again. I expect a refund for the undelivered order and hope they update their delivery information to prevent similar issues in the future.

During my first order, I accidentally added extra items and had to cancel it. The second order was not picked up promptly, which led me to collect it myself late at night. I am concerned about the delays and the potential lack of available drivers in my area affecting future orders. I reside in Sonora, California, and I rely on the app to deliver my meals. I am still waiting for the refunds for the canceled orders. I hope to see improvements in the app's notification system regarding driver availability. Dear Uber Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with my Uber Eats delivery. My driver, Michael, was tardy and unprofessional, claiming there was no address provided when I clearly entered it in the app. When I tried to address the issue calmly, he became confrontational and even threatened legal action against me, which was completely uncalled for. Due to this unacceptable encounter, I have decided to discontinue using Uber and Uber Eats in the future. Please convey my dissatisfaction to Michael as he has cost your company a loyal customer. Hello UberEats customer support, I am inquiring why I do not have the option for free deliveries in a 5-minute window in my app. All my friends receive free delivery, while I do not. It is not due to the restaurants nearby, as we all tested this feature together. My UberEats experience started well but has now declined. Previously, UberEats awarded me 3 credits for an issue with food that made me sick, but they were removed before I could use them. Hello, good evening. I am contacting you regarding some issues I encountered while working on Friday. I experienced a cancellation without chicken in Hyattsville and delivered orders to two incorrect addresses before obtaining the right ones. However, I never received payment for the $[redacted] for completing [redacted] deliveries. On the gold card, I earned [redacted] points but am unable to use them for drinks as I can't consume sodas or cookies; I need healthier options. Additionally, I have an Uber card but prefer not to link it to my bank account. I had a negative experience at the Popeye's on Georgia Avenue where I was given the wrong order. Hello, I hope you are doing well. I contacted Uber on Tuesday to report that I provided all the necessary documents but was unable to work. The representative mentioned that there was an issue because my bag wasn't showing in the system, despite me having it. I was asked to wait for three days, but by Friday, nothing had been resolved. Following up on Saturday, another representative cited the same bag-related problem and set tomorrow as the new deadline for everything to be resolved. I placed an order with Behrouz Biryani in Malad, Mumbai on November 24, [redacted], at around 7:30 pm through the Ubereats app on my phone. My order number is BEB99. I made the payment in advance with a debit card. The app indicated that my order was being prepared, but it continuously showed delays. Eventually, it showed that Akbar had picked up the order and I could track his motorcycle approaching my location. The app displayed various timings until it abruptly marked the order as "delivered." However, I never received the food even after paying Rs.[redacted].99. This caused great inconvenience and frustration as we had guests over and had to go out for dinner instead. I am extremely disappointed and seek urgent compensation for this experience.

Hello. I attempted to update the menu prices, but the system restricted some changes. I submitted the desired changes to support, and they confirmed via email that they would assist. Despite sending follow-up emails every four days for the past month and a half, the prices remain unchanged on the menu. I have visited two locations without success. It is frustrating there is no contact number for immediate resolution. Normally, I handle around 15 orders weekly, but without the menu updates, it's becoming challenging. If this matter isn't resolved soon, I may consider returning their device. It's disheartening to struggle for assistance when trying to conduct business effectively.

Dear Sir, I placed an order for momos and white sauce pasta from Shop Truly Fresh in M.P. Nagar using the order ID #0D701. Unfortunately, the momos I received seemed to be leftovers and were not steamed properly, giving off an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the white sauce pasta lacked herbs and spices, tasting like plain maida, making it inedible. This is not the first time I have received subpar food from your service, and it is concerning as it could potentially lead to food poisoning. Despite multiple complaints through your app, I have not received any response from your customer service team. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further and request a refund for my order. I hope you can take immediate action to improve the quality of your service to avoid such issues in the future.

Yesterday morning, I placed an order on Uber Eats, but my food ended up at Denver Health Hospital instead of Vibra Hospital where I am. I verified that my delivery address was correct. The delivery person, who was on a bike, was kind about the mix-up. I contacted Uber Eats customer service, but unfortunately, we got disconnected. Despite finding it challenging to reach Uber Eats customer service, I will send them an email today to address the situation as I am currently at Vibra Hospital in Thornton, CO. Due to my current hospitalization, I am tight on funds and would appreciate a refund so I can still enjoy using Uber Eats. Thank you for your assistance and have a wonderful day.

I recently made an order from Pieology through UberEats, but was unsure about the address I input. Consequently, I canceled the order and placed it again last Friday. Although the order I received only contained the last items I ordered (a pizza and wings), we had requested boneless wings, but ended up with wings that had bones in them. Despite the mix-up, we decided to keep the order as the delivery driver had already left. I am reaching out as I never received a refund for the canceled order. While I understand it might have been in preparation when I canceled, since I did not receive the initial order, I am puzzled as to why I was still charged for it. I kindly request a refund for the order I never got and ended up canceling.

Today, my food delivery experience with UberEats was extremely frustrating. The delivery person did not come to the correct floor or building, despite me answering her call. When she called back, the connection was lost, and I couldn't reach her again. Consequently, my order was marked as undeliverable on the app. This has never happened to me in all the years I've used the service. It seems like there have been ongoing issues with Spanish-speaking delivery drivers not following the instructions I provide in my notes. The lack of effective communication is disappointing. In a previous instance, I had to ask a random Spanish speaker in my 9-floor office building to help guide the delivery person to my correct address. Today's driver didn't even attempt to call back after the disconnection. This experience has been incredibly concerning and raises questions about the quality of service I am receiving.

I ordered food from "Fat Shack" on UBER EATS and specifically mentioned in the notes that there should be no buffalo sauce due to an allergy. Unfortunately, the food arrived with buffalo sauce, causing a severe reaction. I may need to go to the ER if the symptoms worsen. None of the instructions I provided on the app were followed by the restaurant, resulting in this allergy issue and potential hospital visit. Not only is this situation extremely distressing, but now I am unable to eat anything. As a small person, it's crucial for me to have a meal. I would appreciate a refund and compensation for the inconvenience, hunger, and the possibility of having to deal with medical bills from the ER visit. I ordered from Uber Eats last night at a restaurant named Basil Co. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the burgers were saturated in sauce, causing the buns to become soggy and inedible. I only managed to eat the outer parts of the burgers, which were soggy and unappetizing. Additionally, the chips were delivered cold. To make matters worse, both my partner and I have been experiencing constant stomach issues since consuming the food, resulting in severe illness. This has left me unable to take my children to school. I am requesting a full refund and some form of compensation for this unpleasant experience. I was eagerly waiting for my food delivery when the delivery person failed to show up. Despite trying to call him, the connection was unsuccessful. I waited until 5 pm when I received a message through the app stating that my order had been canceled without a refund. I was left standing at my door, bewildered by the turn of events. The order tracking system was equally disappointing, as it showed the delivery person being 15 minutes away, only to suddenly cancel the order the next moment. Unfortunately, the delivery person couldn't find my address, and before I could provide guidance, my order was cancelled. After contacting him, the new delivery person, Umesh, successfully delivered my order, and payment was made in cash. The order got canceled by the Uber delivery driver due to difficulties in finding my address. After guiding the driver Umesh, the order was accepted, and I paid him the due amount. However, there seems to be an issue with my account showing an outstanding balance even after settling the previous payment. Recently, I tried to order lasuni chicken masala from Krishnai Hotel, but the order got canceled due to a payment problem by the call center representative Jyoti. The canceled order amount of ₹[redacted] is now reflecting in my account incorrectly. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter with delivery driver Umesh.
