I am experiencing issues with my contact number not being recognized by both Uber and Uber Eats. Despite verifying the number, I am unable to get any assistance from customer support, which is very frustrating. Recently, I had a bad experience with a pizza order that was damaged, for which I received a credit of Rs. 90. Subsequently, I ordered chicken popcorn but faced a problem when the delivery partner canceled my order without attempting to deliver it properly. This resulted in added charges and confusion on subsequent orders. Customer support was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I am concerned about being repeatedly asked to pay Rs. 90 extra for my orders even after receiving credits. The customer support experience has been disappointing and unhelpful. I am unsure if Uber will address and resolve this ongoing issue.

I ordered food yesterday, but upon receiving it, I found the meat undercooked and the dish excessively spicy, making me ill. I was disappointed as there was no prior warning about the spiciness. Despite contacting customer service, they refused to assist, claiming my account had many refunds. Upon checking, I realized my refunds were due to issues like missing orders or problems with deliveries, not from my end. I am frustrated by the company's stance.

I tried to place a food order on your website but encountered repeated "oops something went wrong" errors. Despite the issues, I went ahead and ordered from Doordash. Unexpectedly, the Ubereats order was processed despite the error, leading to a double order. I believe the refund is justified, but I want to ensure the driver receives their tip as this situation was not their fault. It's frustrating that the order went through despite the apparent error during checkout. This resulted in overspending on food, which could have been avoided with proper notification of the successful order.

I own a cake delivery kitchen called "CAKESKART" in the NIT Faridabad area. After receiving a call from someone claiming to be Abhishek Chaubey, an Uber Area Manager, with employee code [redacted]URZ, I was asked to send documents and a security payment of ₹[redacted] for a tab provided by Uber. The account details provided were: account number [redacted][redacted], IFSC code UBIN0RRBKGS, and beneficiary name KGS UBER TEAM BLOCKER. Despite my transfer of the money, Abhishek has not responded to my calls, and I now suspect that this may be a fraudulent scheme. Please contact me urgently. Your representatives are refusing to refund me for an undelivered order, which I have not received. This situation feels like theft. I am a loyal customer who orders from your company daily and spends a significant amount each time. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of your customer service representatives. Please remove the order promptly, or I will have to report this issue as fraud. As a supposed "Platinum" member, I expect better service. Kindly train your employees adequately for better customer experience.

I placed an order on ubesreats.com around 5:40 pm WST today. I tried to pay for it twice but got a message saying the transaction failed both times. Shortly after, I received a call from Ikram Kebabs saying they received two orders from me and asked if I wanted both. I confirmed I only wanted one due to the payment issue. I offered to go pay cash at the store, but they said it was fine to pay next time. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed two pending payments. Today, on November 16th, [redacted], I placed an order at IHOP located on 16 Elliott Street for delivery to Babcock Street at around 12 PM. Unfortunately, upon receiving the food, it was unsatisfactory. My husband ordered a pancake combo, which he managed to eat despite expressing disappointment. However, my meal was inedible. The food seemed cold and tough, almost as if it had been prepared three hours prior. Additionally, they made an error in my husband's order by providing banana pancakes instead of the strawberry banana pancakes he requested, and we also never received the French toast we ordered. I could only manage to eat a few bites of my food before having to discard it. I am requesting a full refund for my meal, excluding the pancake combo that was consumed. On November 7th, I ordered a large pizza for my daughter while at work. Unfortunately, when it arrived, all the cheese and toppings had slid off, and my daughter couldn't eat it. I made two refund requests via the app but only received a $5 credit after speaking with support. This is not acceptable as I spent $30 on the pizza. Despite being a regular user, I am considering not using UberEats anymore. I insist on a full refund instead of just a $5 credit. The offer is not enough to cover the cost of a new pizza. The current resolution is not satisfactory, and I demand a refund for the entire order. The $5 credit can be taken back. I believe my account was unjustly deactivated. I was accused of fraud due to canceling orders, but each cancellation was justified. Two restaurants were closed (Popeyes & Lu Lu), one gave away my order (El Maguey), and one ran out of cheese (Steak n Shake). I always contacted the customers first, and they canceled on their end too. Being penalized for canceling orders is unfair, especially when it leads to accusations of fraud. If I were committing fraud, I wouldn't bother driving to the restaurants in the first place. It's disheartening to be accused of something so serious when I have never committed fraud in my life. My principles and legal knowledge prevent me from engaging in unlawful activities.

On Friday, November 15th, I tried to order delivery from Paul's Café in Hammersmith. The app kept showing errors, preventing me from confirming the order or processing payment. I ended up ordering through Deliveroo, but unexpectedly, the order I placed on Uber Eats was delivered to me. After explaining the app issues to the delivery person and not receiving any confirmation, I requested a refund and for the food to be returned. Despite my clear request, I was not given the option to keep the food nor asked for any clarification. I reached out to Uber Eats via the app, but they informed me they couldn't refund me. This was frustrating as I didn't receive confirmation and the food was returned. I paid for two deliveries due to Uber Eats technical problems, an unprofessional experience unlike with other food services like Deliveroo. Hello, my name is Marisol P. I use Ubereats regularly at work. Today, I ordered items from Starbucks for my colleagues and me. When I went to pick up the order, I noticed the Uber driver was not at the usual spot. As I approached him, I received a notification from the Ubereats app stating the delivery was made, which it wasn't. The driver initially insisted he had dropped it off, but after verifying, he realized the mistake and helped retrieve the order. Unfortunately, the recipients had already consumed some items. After contacting Starbucks, they re-prepared the order, and we had to fetch it ourselves. Despite setting my correct location for delivery, the order did not reach me as expected through Ubereats.

I recently had a disappointing experience with my Panda Express order through Uber Eats. I requested half chow mein and half fried rice with orange chicken, while my partner ordered half fried rice and half fried rice with kung pao chicken. Unfortunately, Panda Express mixed up our orders, putting the kung pao chicken (which includes peanuts) in my bowl, even though I am allergic to peanuts. This mistake could have had serious consequences if I had consumed the peanuts unknowingly. My partner and I switched the chicken, but he later found peanuts in the kung pao chicken. I was too worried to eat any of my food due to the risk of contamination. I would like a refund for this unacceptable error.

We frequently use Uber Eats, especially during my wife's recent pregnancy. We experienced a significant delay with our order from Tony's Pizza, with multiple time changes leading up to a final delay until 7:45. Despite attempts to contact the restaurant, we were unable to reach them. When contacting Uber Eats, I was informed that the order could not be refunded as it was already prepared. I expressed my disappointment with the lack of flexibility in resolving the issue and the representative suggested calling before canceling in the future. I placed an order at 7:20 PM for Popeyes. It confirmed my order, then notified me a courier was on the way to pick it up and later that there was a delay. After several more delays, the order was canceled. I am very disappointed and will avoid using Uber Eats again. My boyfriend had to go out and get our food. I wanted to share my negative experience to warn others about using Uber Eats.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue regarding my recent UberEATS order placed by my 15-year-old son on Saturday, November 16th, with the order number E8BEA. I was charged $20.29 for the order from A&W. My son paid cash to the driver upon delivery. After contacting 1-[redacted] to request a reimbursement, I was informed that it would not be possible. On November 4th, I placed an order at Taco Bell. Unfortunately, my food arrived two hours later, cold and unappetizing (nachos taste terrible when cold). After reaching out, I was assured a refund of $36.98. However, when I checked my bank account recently, I saw no refund. Following up, I received an email stating that $28 had been refunded. I provided evidence of no refunds or void transactions. They insisted that $12.61 was voided, which was confusing considering my original order was $36.98. Hello, I recently made an order on my account with 1 for 1 Pizza. After waiting for 30 minutes and not seeing any indication that my order was being prepared, I noticed that the estimated delivery time of 35 minutes had passed, and my order was still unconfirmed. Due to the lack of communication from the restaurant and the delay in my order, I decided to cancel it. Despite this, I was still charged $37.19. I never received my food or any notification about the status of my order. I reached out to Uber Eats customer support to request a refund or Uber credits.
