Good morning, my name is Arion Crosby & I’ve been doing Uber Eats riding my bike for about a month now. Uber Eats sent me two notifications about uploading vehicle documents. The notification said I had * days to upload it or my account would be under review for a few days or it would be deleted. I really enjoy doing Uber eats because it’s quick cash & I give customers great service, I’ve done *** deliveries in just one month so that’s great to me. I signed up for the bike lane simply to earn money by saving money riding my bike everyday. I’m In the process right now saving up for college & a vehicle so I can go take my road test next spring before the summer hits so I can move to California. The notification I received was saying something about an unusual high rate of speed “driving” when I don't even own a vehicle. I’m just a very energetic person when it comes to doing deliveries I try my best to get the food & deliver it as fast as possible. When I see myself going above the speed limit of course I slow down, it’s just I used to do Door dash in **** & earlier this year. Doordash doesn’t have the speed limit on the app nor does it keeps track of it so when I go over the speed limit it’s either I forgot I'm not dashing anymore or I’m just in a bit of a rush. I don’t do Uber eats everyday because I also have another job but I just ride my bike fast sometimes it’s a habit sometimes. I understand the speed limit but if I see myself going over the speed limit I’ll definitely slow down. I assure the Uber eats company that I don’t have a vehicle or a license so it would be great deed if I can keep this account active for the bike lane. I’m sorry for the confusion so I will keep track of my speed as I’m riding my bike around the city. **Sincerely, Arion Crosby
