I placed an order for Burger King this evening, when I checked to see the delivery time it stated *:**pm, I didn’t receive a notification for our order being picked up so I checked again around *:**, at this point it stated *:** due to a courier issue. I continued to check because there is apparently no notification stating this - which a customer should be told that there is not a courier for their order. *It went to *:**pm at this point, so I canceled the order which I was then told by Medick in a chat that because I canceled it instead of UberEats, I am unable to be refunded my $** that I was charged. **I spoke to the restaurant and our food was not even made yet - therefore, there should be no charge.

GetHuman3857427 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
