Twice in the last week, week ***, I’ve ordered from the same spot that is maybe no more than * miles away. I’m in LA, so I get it’ll take more time to go two miles than most other places would. However, these last two trips have been assuring no more than **-** minutes and they’ve both been at if not over an hour wait for what is usually a * minute drive and that is beyond me. Last night was the second time now that I’ve dealt with cold, and distasteful food for how much I’ve spent to have it sent to me - and also my order wasn’t even entirely correct last night. The best part is, my roommate ordered from the exact same McDonalds I used, as soon as he saw mine finally get to the apt as it incited him to want to get some. He ended up getting his within ** minutes, as he should have. **After the first time I wasn’t going to make a big deal about how bad the food was, and how late the delivery was but after a second time, and considering the fact that the order wasn’t correct this time around, I do genuinely want a refund for this. It’s been a bit ridiculous.
