The app showed him vijaya park as the address which is a landmark near the actual place of delivery. He informed me over call that he is in Vijay park, I had been explaining him to deliver to the correct location but he wasn't even trying to ask around and was just giving me the excuses that if the place is *-*** meters away the order will not be delivered. I had been explaining him the correct location but he didn't understand so he cancelled the order on his own. How the **** can you guys hire such people who do not care about delivering the orders, wasting people's time and money. To let you know at the same time I had ordered from zomato from a restaurant in borivali and I stay in mira road. The order has been delivered without any discrepancy. And you guys could not deliver the order to mira road from mira bhyandar. If there are any location constraints why isn't it informed while delivering? Why is it informed after taking the charges from the customer? Also the delivery partner was so dumb enough to find the delivery location which was just * mins away from the location he was at?
