Dear Uber.**Myself Mohammed Arshad Shareef, I am a regular customer of Uber eats as well as Uber cabs.**Am writing this email with utmost disappointment, I placed an order at *:** PM IST from Aroma Hyderabad House amounting ***.**At around *:** I missed a ring from the rider, I immediately tried calling him but his number was showing as busy * not reachable.**After repeatedly calling the executive I somehow able to get hold of him at *:** and he said, another agent is going to deliver the food and he promised to send his number on my mobile but I never received any message.**When I tried calling back number through app, it always said there is no register number with this account active.**Just because of your negligence and improper app, false information and careless attitude I lost my order.**Morever the order is for ****- rupees, that's my hard earned money and you are saying it's not refundable.**This is higly dissapointing and extremely rude customer service from Uber eats.**There is no chat support, there is no quick customer care. Then how do you expect customers to stay with you uber eats?**I need my refund back since my order never arrived.
