The issue in GetHuman-mographe's own words
On oct *, **** I ordered from Papa Murphys. The order was not right and inedible. I contacted your customer service IMMEDIATELY through the app. I waited( hungry) and the app indicated I should reorder it. So I did. I need the first order ($**.**) refunded. I’ve waited over * days, each day checking for a response and writing more and receiving nothing. VERY frustrating and a waste of my time. Today somebody FINALLY answers back with several robo-responses. None of which help at all. Really Uber? Then another person wrote “Sorry, we can’t refund after * days.” Really Uber? This is the response you give on a thread of me complaining immediately and following up everyday? I can’t believe you still have customers if this is how you choose to treat them. The robo service is not effective. Compare this with grub hub who calls immediately and resolved any issue with care and human diligence. Very disappointed, and frankly, astounded at this lack of service in ****. Please refund that order immediately.
