I placed an order with you for food from Subway, and it said the latest delivery time was 6:40 p.m. I was tracking my delivery driver, and he spent at least 25 minutes at the Subway location. Suddenly, the tracking kicked me out, and it asked if I wanted to reorder. I called Subway directly to inquire about the situation, and the Subway employee, Ahil, informed me that your driver took the food, returned, claimed the order was canceled, and then left my food behind. Your driver, as observed, spent a significant amount of time at Subway without delivering my food. This experience is unacceptable, as it indicates that your delivery person was not fulfilling their duties. I request a refund of the money, compensation, and an explanation for this situation.

Hello Uber Eats Team, I placed an order at Domino's Pizza (Surfers Paradise South) on October 10, [redacted], at 5:08 PM. Order Number: #F53E0 Delivery Location: Voco Hotel Gold Coast The estimated delivery time to my hotel was around 5:35 PM. The app indicated that someone was picking up my pizza but did not provide any Uber details. Subsequently, my status on the app changed to "YOUR FOOD MAY ARRIVE SOON." After waiting for about 30 minutes, I tried calling Domino's Pizza, where I was informed that the order had been dispatched, but the driver couldn't reach me. This situation seems improbable to me. I have used Uber Eats multiple times, and drivers have always been able to contact me. I would have been content if the order was left at the front desk, but this was not done. I paid $21.50 AUD for nothing. Finally, the app did not display any information about the driver for me to contact as well. Best regards,

During the Ganesh Visarjan, I placed an order for biryani at 12:00 PM. However, even after an hour, the order was still pending confirmation. I attempted to cancel, but the option was unavailable until the order was confirmed, which took two hours. When I contacted the delivery person, he stated he was en route with the food. I requested cancellation due to the significant delay during lunchtime, but he advised that Uber would contact me for the cancellation process. As of now, I have not received any such call, and when attempting to place a new order, the previous amount is being added to the bill. I kindly request the cancellation of the pending bill, as the delay was not my fault.

During my initial food order, the driver claimed I was unreachable, though I was waiting at the window and received no contact attempts from her. Subsequently, I was charged the full amount of $41.70. For the second order, with a different driver and less food due to the previous delivery failure, I encountered no issues. I am eager to ensure that my refund is processed promptly. I ordered a pizza from Arancina Box Park Croydon on Wednesday night. The delivery driver couldn't make it to my house as his vehicle broke down. I had to go and collect the pizza from him. I have complained twice but received an email saying the price of my order won't be changed. I'm frustrated that nothing has been resolved. Uber Eats is a delivery service, so I had to personally collect the pizza which is why I shouldn't be charged the full delivery fee. Also, the pizza was cold and not up to standard due to the delay caused by the breakdown. Hello, we placed an order through Uber Eats for a food delivery. However, we encountered an issue as the driver appeared to be close on the map, but the order never reached us. Despite receiving a message that the order was delivered to a different apartment, we confirmed that no delivery was made there as no one was home. I want to express my frustration with Uber Eats regarding a recent delivery issue involving my order from Harvey’s in Kirkland, Quebec, Canada. Today, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, medium fries, and cheese bites from McDonald's through Uber Eats. When my order arrived, the cheese bites were missing, and instead, I received an unused paper bag labeled as containing the bites. I placed an order around 11:50 pm with a delivery time of 12:20. The food arrived 15 minutes late, making it soggy and cold. The delivery person was rude and banged on my door aggressively. I threw out the food and adjusted the tip to $0, as the service was unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the service provided as they have taken nearly £30 of my money. Being a student, losing £24 that I had budgeted is frustrating. On October 9, [redacted], I placed an order for a crepe "Oreo" at Caledonian Road in North Road. The delivery was made by a cyclist named Zack, who falsely reported it as delivered. Unable to contact anyone for help, I described the location but he still couldn't find me. Even after watching him on the tracking section, I had to reorder without receiving a refund for both orders. The second order was cold, and I had to pay for it after the first one never arrived around 19:35 that night. The lack of communication and poor service led me to search for an email to file a formal complaint.

On October 5, [redacted], I placed an order with Papa Murphy's. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and inedible. I promptly reached out to your customer service through the app and was instructed to reorder, so I did. I am requesting a refund for the original order amount of $17.87. Despite waiting over 7 days and reaching out daily, I received no response until today. The responses provided were robotic and unhelpful, stating that refunds cannot be processed after 7 days. I ordered fast food, specifically Chicken nuggets, at 11:30 PM yesterday, but my order never arrived. This morning, I received a call at 2:15 AM, which I missed because I was asleep. A representative from UberEats contacted our takeaway to discuss their services. Despite expressing our lack of interest, the conversation continued in a pushy manner. Our firm declined the offer firmly multiple times, stating it was not a suitable moment for further discussions. The persistence of the representative escalated, pushing for reasons behind our decision. The tone of the conversation turned condescending, with the representative suggesting solutions to perceived issues without our consent. What's unacceptable is the mocking tone employed when our disinterest was expressed. Despite understanding the nature of marketing, there should be respect for a clear decline in interest from a potential client.

Upon entering the app, I provided my new phone number and received a four-digit code via text, which I entered as prompted. However, when I tried to input my email address, it indicated it was already in use without allowing me to proceed. Dear Uber Eats, I'm puzzled by the limited delivery range offered on the app. If I wanted to dine in nearby places, I wouldn't have bothered with the app. The restaurants I am interested in are just a short drive away but are not available for delivery. Living close to the main street, I'm baffled by the restriction to only restaurants within a five-minute radius. Will there be an update allowing orders from places farther than a 10-minute walk, or should I consider removing the app?
