I ordered via Uber eats app, I ordered from chicken max, this was near **pn last night. The delivery driver called me and expected me to come down and leave my * year old daughter (who is sleeping) on her own! I told him I couldn’t as i cannot leave her in her own then the driver was talking to someone who I can only assume was in the car with him and he still continued to be rude to me. I thought he would be understanding but no he was rude and didn’t care at all. Then he turned around and said “I’m going to cancel the order” I then pointed out to him it’s his job and the fact I’m a good customer to Uber and that all drivers I had always come to my door and all I got was abuse then he hung the phone up on me. I have never experienced such a horrible Uber driver before and to be honest I don’t think I want to order from Uber again! Please make sure my money is refunded.
