I live in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I ordered an egg cheese grilled sandwich from Dayra restaurant in Malviya Nagar. When I received it, I discovered that the entire sandwich was badly burnt. I had to throw it away. I have been experiencing consistent issues with the food quality from this restaurant. Despite my repeated complaints, no actions have been taken by the restaurant. There have been times when my meal was not delivered at all, and even after complaining, the Uber team only offered a simple apology and disregarded the issue. I requested a refund for the burnt or undelivered items, but my requests were ignored. I am extremely frustrated, and at this point, my last resort appears to be filing a complaint with the consumer court against Uber Eats.

I placed an order for food, and it took over an hour and a half for it to arrive. The food was cold, and the delivery driver blamed her GPS for the delay. I understand mistakes happen, but what frustrated me the most was the overall time it took for the delivery. The driver spent 20 minutes at IHOP before picking up my order, then another driver had to be assigned who wasn't even at IHOP initially. My breakfast order should not have taken this long. It was 21 minutes past the estimated delivery time. I am extremely disappointed with this service from start to finish. I am requesting a refund for my entire order due to this unacceptable experience. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

Today, I placed my first order on the Uber Eats app using the promo code "tryeatsuk10," which is set to expire in 2 days. When I reached the checkout in the app to apply the promo code, my order was processed immediately before I could enter the code, and I have been charged the full amount of £14.40. This initial experience with Uber Eats has been disappointing. I promptly called customer service, and the representative mentioned that it was not feasible to cancel or refund the order due to the restaurant's quick order processing. I am reaching out here seeking assistance with this issue.

When I first placed my order, it was canceled because one of the items I wanted wasn't available. I reordered and received the delivery without that item. Later on, the original order that was supposedly canceled showed up, and I didn't accept it, thinking I wasn't charged. Had I known I was still charged, I would have kept the food since I paid for it. My order number is #7EBF4, and the delivery driver is Andrey, who can confirm that we declined the duplicate order. I am requesting a refund for that order since both the app and the restaurant indicated it was canceled. Thank you, and I hope to receive a prompt response.

I was unexpectedly charged £8.95 today, which I did not authorize. I had to pay this amount to secure a taxi to take me to the hospital for an appointment. The charge was a surprise as I did not order any additional services beyond what I had already paid for. I demand a full refund and a clear explanation for this unapproved transaction. My account is solely used by me, and I find this treatment of customers to be completely unacceptable.

I had a disappointing experience with an UberEats delivery driver recently. The driver took my order to the Westin in Pasadena, only to cancel it after I provided my room number with no refund. This happened on 10.8.[redacted] around 7PM PST. Unfortunately, I can't locate the driver's information on the app to leave a review. I would like Uber to provide me with the driver's name so I can rate the service accordingly.

I am a student in Bhopal and a partner with Uber Eats. I have faced multiple accidents, which led to my phone getting damaged. I had to use my cousin's phone to deliver orders. I bought two new phones in my name. The Uber office at Ashima Mall, 3rd floor, where I visited, was not helpful. I request you to please reactivate my ID. I will be very grateful to you.

A couple of days ago, my wife and I made orders separately - she used the app, and I placed mine on the computer using the same user ID. We live in Erode, and our son in Chennai relies on these orders for good food. Today, I placed an order worth Rs. [redacted], and the amount was deducted from my account. However, the order does not appear in the app. When I called your customer service number, I was informed that my number is not registered on UberEats. I recently spent £38.31 at KFC in Leyton, and unfortunately, my order was a mess. The burgers were falling apart, the chips were all over the place, and it seemed like all the leftovers were dumped in my bag. The food was not fresh and definitely not worth the money. As a regular customer, I am now reconsidering using Uber Eats if they can't ensure their partner restaurants maintain basic standards. This order was for friends and family that I was introducing to Uber Eats, and I was left embarrassed by the quality of the food. KFC is tarnishing your reputation, and Uber Eats should address this issue promptly. Thank you.

My first order at Poutineville (Ontario Street) with the number #177D3 was completely wrong. I requested a custom poutine with Mac and Cheese but received a different dish. I believe I should not be charged for this order and request a refund. For my second order at the same location, I faced a similar issue. Although I asked for the same custom poutine, I received Mac and Cheese bites instead of the full Mac and Cheese. I would like a refund for this order as well.

I've reached out to Uber Eats through the app three times requesting a refund for a missing item in my order from Tambo Grill on 10/6. The order included an entree and a second dish, both priced at $15 each, but only the entree was delivered. Despite disputing it through the app, I was only offered a $5 gift card without a refund for the missing dish. I am still hoping to receive a refund for the item that was not provided.

My card was recently used for Uber Eats without my authorization. I am currently disputing these charges with my bank. Even though I do not have an active Uber account, my card was used for multiple orders from August 1st to August 17th while I was overseas. I have contacted Uber and received a phone number linked to the account being used for the transactions: +1 [redacted]. The name on the card used does not match the account details, confirming that the charges were not made by me. I need this information as evidence to present to my bank to address the unauthorized transactions totaling over $1,[redacted].

I placed an order for a pizza and salad from Pizza Studio on October 9, [redacted], to be delivered by Vikram Singh. He arrived with the incorrect order. When I informed him, he stated he would return in 2 minutes, but instead drove in circles for 10 minutes before my order was cancelled. It is Yom Kippur, and I have not eaten all day. The service provided by Vikram is unacceptable. He made no effort to rectify his mistake or communicate with me. I am disappointed and contemplating using alternative delivery services over UberEats.

As a frequent user of mobile delivery apps, I have been indulging in food deliveries to my home in zip code [redacted], also known as Fernandina Beach. While I enjoy your services, I have noticed that your Uber delivery area does not include my location. The current coverage only extends to Amelia Island, leaving out neighboring areas such as Amelia Concourse. I suggest expanding the delivery radius slightly beyond Amelia Concourse to increase delivery options, attract more drivers to join Uber and Uber Eats, and ultimately boost profits.

I am disappointed with the handling of my recent order. I received a notification that my order was being prepared, waited patiently throughout the entire process, only to receive a call at the expected delivery time informing me that my order cannot be delivered. This experience has been highly frustrating, and it is unacceptable to have wasted my time and money on this failed order. Moving forward, I suggest updating your app to accurately reflect the operating hours of the restaurants listed, to avoid situations like mine. This level of service is not acceptable if you wish to maintain a successful business.

I have ordered from Uber Eats for about 3 months consistently from the same location and address. However, on September 28th, I faced an issue when the delivery person couldn't locate me. Despite my efforts to provide clear directions, the order was not delivered, yet the payment was deducted. I am frustrated with this system, and I demand a full refund of around 88 rupees for my order from Smokin Joe's in Pune. Due to this incident, I have temporarily halted my orders from Uber Eats and advised my friends to do the same.

I ordered Maggi and pasta from Velvetine in Kolkata twice and made the payment online. Unfortunately, my orders were canceled by the restaurant both times, costing me a total of [redacted] rupees, 60 rupees each time. This occurred on September 15 or 16, [redacted]. It has been a considerable amount of time, and I am still awaiting my refund. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. I pledge not to use this app again; I find Zomato and Swiggy to be far superior to UberEats. Please take action and address my concern expeditiously.

I ordered a Jain paneer chilly at work. The estimated delivery was 6:10, and I placed the order between 5:35 and 5:40. The delivery person came before 5:55 without calling, and despite my security offering to accept the order as I was in a meeting, they left abruptly without delivering it. I replied to the delivery person's message promptly, but they had already left. They claimed they waited for 10 minutes, which I find hard to believe as I was available by 5:55. I had to go without dinner because of this. I am requesting a refund and compensation for this inconvenience.
