I had an issue with a previous order placed on July 28, [redacted], from "My Tiffin sector 56." After waiting for 20-25 minutes, the tracking showed the order was canceled despite not authorized by me. Customer care was unable to assist, claiming I had canceled the order by phone. I requested the phone number used for the cancellation, which was not mine. The matter was escalated to a manager, who promised an update on the Ubereats app but failed to provide any resolution after 2 days. A subsequent conversation with another manager yielded the same unsatisfactory response. Despite the order's low value, the lack of assistance from supervisors is disappointing. I seek a resolution promptly without receiving generic "feedback" emails. If necessary, I am willing to escalate this matter to higher management to ensure a proper resolution.

I ordered food for [redacted] rupees with cash on delivery. When the delivery person arrived, I gave him a [redacted] rupee note. He mentioned that he didn't have change, and I also didn't have the exact amount. He offered to accept payment through the BHIM app. Since I use BHIM for online transactions, I paid [redacted] rupees through the app. However, the delivery person claimed he did not receive the payment, and my transaction showed as pending. I gave him another [redacted] rupee note, and he returned 40 rupees in change. Now the transaction shows as successful, but it seems like the delivery person received double payment. On August 7th, I placed an order with IHOP totaling $86.75. There were several issues with my order: 1) The delivery time kept changing. 2) The driver called multiple times for directions, which was stressful for me as a dialysis patient unable to move much. 3) The food arrived cold due to the extended delivery time. 4) By the time the food arrived, it was unappetizing as it had shifted in the driver's vehicle. Despite providing pictures and detailed feedback, I was only offered a $5 credit for my next order by customer service. I've requested a full refund and contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I placed an order on Uber Eats this morning and noticed that I was billed twice for the same order. The total amount charged was $42.20, and it appeared twice on my bank statement. This has left me quite disappointed as I am a regular user of Uber Eats. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, and I am looking forward to receiving the appropriate compensation for this error.

The issue arose when the delivery person accepted my payment, delivered the food, and left. Later, when I placed another order, I received a message stating that I had not paid for the previous order. I have proof of payment as I paid in front of a camera. I am frustrated with my experience using Uber Eats for the first time with Subway. Despite requesting fresh bread in my order, I received stale bread instead. On Saturday, the 3rd of August, I ordered a Subway footlong chicken tikka and paid Rs. [redacted] cash to the delivery person. However, three days later, when placing another order, Rs. [redacted] was unexpectedly deducted from my Paytm account, which was linked. The deduction was for the previous Subway order as they claimed I hadn't paid using a non-cash method. They mentioned a past refund of Rs. 78 and stated it was a one-time exception. I'm concerned about possible glitches in your app causing this issue. Why can't you refund my money for the duplicate payment? I feel it's unfair to pay twice for the same order. Can you provide a valid reason for not refunding the amount to me?

I ordered Subway through UberEats, and my order was delivered by Postmates with mistakes. I requested cheese, mayo, and other dressings to be put on the side for the four sandwiches to accommodate different preferences, but Subway claims they didn't receive any special instructions. Consequently, all the toppings were put on the sandwiches, which is not what I wanted. Unfortunately, I can't find a contact number to request a new delivery with the correct instructions.

I am unsure if this is the correct contact for Uber Eats, but I wanted to bring attention to an Uber driver in the Richmond, Virginia area. The driver, Chad Harris, has a criminal background, multiple driving tickets, and a dirty car. Uber turned his app off, but an Uber office employee in Richmond said she would turn him on for Uber Eats despite not being allowed to. Lyft has also deactivated his account. It is concerning that his background was not properly checked, and his mental stability is questionable. It's important for someone to investigate this further.

I'm having trouble getting started with Uber Eats. I've verified all my information - insurance, license, license plate, photo, criminal background, vehicle ownership, and GoBank debit card. I got a message saying my device can't access. I've been trying to reach Uber Eats Driver Support for four days but haven't gotten through. I just want to resolve this so I can start working. I placed an order for food an hour and a half ago, but it has not arrived yet. The delivery bike seems to be stuck at the same location for quite some time now, and the estimated delivery time keeps increasing. My three children are eagerly waiting, and I anticipated a much quicker delivery. The latest arrival time was supposed to be 9:40, but it's now 10:10 and the order is still not here. I'm disappointed to have spent money on food that might be ruined by the time it arrives, and the extended wait is frustrating.

I have been using your app all day trying to resolve this issue, but I have received no helpful response. I mistakenly ordered while at work with my home address instead of my work address. I tried to contact the driver to change the delivery location, but he completed the order without delivering the food. I contacted Uber for help, but they declined to compensate me. I believe I deserve a refund or a valid explanation since I paid for an undelivered order. It's frustrating that I am left without a resolution while following Uber Eats guidelines. The driver's actions are concerning, and I feel unfairly treated in this situation.

Concern regarding recent Popeye’s Chicken order on Saturday night, I am seeking clarity on the status of my order and the whereabouts of the food delivery driver. I noticed the driver's movement towards my location on the UberEats App. Despite observing the driver on my street via the app, I did not receive the order. There seems to be a discrepancy in the delivery process. Despite Uber attempting to contact the driver twice at my request, they couldn't establish communication. Thankfully, Uber has issued a refund for the undelivered order, which I appreciate. However, I believe compensation is warranted for the inconvenience and time spent dealing with this issue. The delay in receiving the food has affected my health as I had time-sensitive medication to take and needed nourishment promptly. If the delivery had been on time, I would not be addressing this matter in the early hours.

I ordered from Firehouse Subs, getting 1 Hook and Ladder, 1 Italian, 2 chips, and 2 drinks. However, upon delivery, the chips and drinks were missing, causing me to make an extra trip to the restaurant. I believe the convenience fee paid should ensure a complete delivery, which was not the case in this situation. I spent $28.56 for this order and had to go pick up the missing items myself. The driver seemed unaware of the missing items and only had the sandwiches. I request a refund for this order as the purpose of using the Uber Eats app was defeated by the incomplete delivery, leading to an unnecessary trip outside.

Last night, I ordered food through your app from a Chinese restaurant. My order was quickly approved and picked up, which I appreciated. However, when the female driver arrived, I walked outside to meet her at my friend's apartment. I realized she parked elsewhere, so I approached her to claim my order. Despite some difficulties passing the food through the partially rolled down window, I managed to get it. The delivery was speedy, but the driver could have been more helpful by rolling down the window further. The incident was frustrating as my food containers almost popped open. Although there may not be much to do now, I hope this feedback prevents similar situations in the future to ensure better delivery experiences for other customers.

I, Mrs. Leela Ninan (registered mobile number [redacted]), residing in Dwarka Sector 6, New Delhi, placed an order for food (Stuffed Parotta, Navratnan biriyani with raita, order number # F [redacted]) from Singh's Restaurant on Uber Eats on August 4th at 8 p.m. The delivery was prompt, and I paid the rider Rs [redacted] in cash. However, on a subsequent order last Sunday, the same amount of Rs [redacted] was mistakenly added to my bill. I promptly canceled the order before finalizing it as I had already paid for it earlier. The app indicated that the rider waited for 10 minutes at my door and then canceled the order, but I did receive the food, paid for it, and enjoyed my meal. I believe that the rider, Rohit, might have inadvertently taken the money without updating the delivery status. I ordered food from Lee's Sandwiches. The delivery partner arrived and claimed to be outside, but I couldn't find him. After messaging back and forth, he mentioned being in the parking lot. I asked him to call me, but he claimed his phone wasn't working. Despite searching the area, I couldn't locate him. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I requested he call me or provide his number, but he planned to leave. I expressed my efforts to find him so far and urged him to call for easier communication, but he left with my paid order. I haven't taken any recent Uber trips, but I have placed recent orders with Uber Eats. However, when I try to log into my account, it keeps saying it's disabled. After reaching out for help multiple times, my account gets unlocked, but I still can't place an order despite having an active PayPal account and funds in my bank account. I keep receiving messages saying the orders couldn't be completed and have to contact Uber support repeatedly. I feel like my account is being messed with, preventing me from using my referral promo codes. I've contacted customer service numerous times, but the issue remains unresolved. I've lost out on 35 expired promo codes worth $5 each due to this ongoing problem. It's frustrating and feels like false advertising on Uber Eats' part. If this isn't addressed promptly, I'll escalate the matter publicly and consider legal action. Many others, including family and friends, have faced similar issues. I hope to receive a prompt response this time.

Hello, my name is Redmond Mccarthy. On August 10th, I used Uber Eats for a $38 order under my Uber Eats account, Kevin Wita. Reviewing my bank statement for missing funds, I discovered that someone accessed my debit card information on August 12th and made three Uber Eats purchases totaling $72, $45, and $40. These charges do not appear in my Uber account records, leading me to believe that my debit card details were stolen and used on a different Uber Eats account. I am troubled by this situation as I need my money back. I have already contacted Uber via email, but I do not have a record of the communication.
