I cancelled an Uber eats order on July *,**** and when I didn’t receive a refund I contacted Uber Eats by phone. I spoke Martin and he assured me that I would receive a refund in *-* days this was on July *. I waited * days and emailed Uber. I have been told they working on the issue, that the refund was processed on July * . I have also been told that my Uber Eats account was credited and in a second email that it was credited to my bank account. I have spoken to someone at my bank and no refund was received and my Uber account has not been refunded. I have sent * additional emails requesting a rep please check on this issue and no one has responded. Please let me know the status. Thank you Shirley Marcelja
