My order was placed at *:** something. My original delivery time was *:**. It then changed to *:**. It then change to *:**. Since then, it keeps pushing back **-** min each time. It is now saying *:**. This is truly unacceptable. When I called a number of times, I could not get an answer from the driver. I texted as well. I understand that they are driving so I waited patiently. When I finally got someone on the phone, it was a younger woman by the name of India, not the woman Yvette who is suppose to be delivering my food. When I asked her about her whereabouts, she said she was no longer on the highway and that she was * min away. She then gave me a different number and asked me to call that number since she was using the GPS. I called the number and a different voice answered the phone. This woman said that her name was Yvette, the true UberEats driver. She said that the other woman is her daughter and that she wasn’t in the car with her. I think that seems a bit sketchy. Being that my food was picked up around *:**, I’m sure my food is cold and I’m not understanding why there are two different people dealing with my food. At this time, I have yet to receive my food and would like a full refund.
