I'm frustrated with the unprofessional and deceptive practices of your corporation. Today, I placed an order for $24.95 at McDonald's in Waterford, N.Y. Unfortunately, my order was cancelled by your company. I contacted Uber Eats to find out why, and your company claims we input the restaurant's address as the delivery address, which is not true. If we had used the restaurant's address as the delivery address, the credit card information provided wouldn't have matched my home address on Willow St., triggering a fraud alert and preventing the transaction. My bank confirmed this. Despite this, your company has refused to refund or redeliver the order. I have informed my bank about this issue. My daughter also found in your policy that if your company cancels an order, there should be no charge to the customer's credit card. It's disappointing how your company treats people.

To whom it may concern, On Wednesday, July 6th, I contacted Uber Eats support regarding an issue with a McDonald's order from Kerrisdale McDonald's in Vancouver, BC. Subsequently, Uber Eats support debited $84.24 CAD from my bank account as a fee for inquiring about my incomplete order. I believe this charge is in error, and if not, it is highly concerning. As a consumer, I should not be penalized for reporting an incorrect order. I am requesting a full refund of the $84 CAD. This experience has been disappointing, as I have been a loyal user of the service for months without encountering any problems.

I made an order online, set for tomorrow. They began preparing it right away. I struggled to find their contact information on the website, with no luck. They mentioned a "cancel this order" link which I couldn't locate. They also stated I could cancel until the delivery person was on their way. Although they had a chat option, I couldn’t access it. After finding a phone number via Google, a representative informed me I had selected today for the delivery, not tomorrow as I had intended. I now have excess food with nowhere to store it, needing to make room by discarding some items. This experience has left me unlikely to use Uber Eats in the future.

I placed an order from Alfresco restaurant in Indore on 2/05/19 for delivery to IIM Indore. I included a note requesting the delivery person to wear a helmet and provide change for Rs.[redacted]. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not adhere to the note and couldn't deliver to the specified location due to helmet regulations at IIM Indore. The order was redirected to the hostel by another individual, but the change was not provided as requested, leading to an unpaid order. Wanting to rectify the situation, I contacted the restaurant manager who advised me to pay via Paytm to resolve the issue, which I promptly did. Despite this, Uber Eats recently showed the order as still unpaid after 3 days. I tried reaching out through the app but received no response, and now I'm unable to login using my phone number. The lack of proper customer service has been truly inconvenient. I hope for compensation and reactivation of my account to address this ongoing problem.

I would appreciate being contacted to discuss the customer service I received while addressing a complaint about an UberEats order. My concern was the late delivery of cold, soggy, and incomplete food. When I requested a refund, I was informed it wasn't possible due to UberEats' protocol. I explained that I shouldn't pay for a cold meal, just as at a restaurant. The manager, who refused to share his name, reiterated the protocol. When I asked about the guidelines, he refused to explain, providing no reason. Despite my persistence, he abruptly ended the call, stating no progress was made. Denying a refund for cold food is one issue, but ending a call because of a lack of willingness to explain the decision is unacceptable and goes against good customer service practices. I expect prompt contact and resolution of this matter.

Hello, I recently experienced an issue while ordering from Costa Verde BBQ Chicken on UberEats. There was a glitch in the app that made me cancel my order, even though I initially added items to my cart. Despite the app indicating "cancel without charge," after confirming the cancellation, I was informed that the restaurant had started preparing my food and I would be charged for order #4CD0E, amounting to $57.62. I promptly contacted the restaurant, and they reassured me that they had not begun preparing the food and no charge should be incurred. I proceeded to place the order again without any problems. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that I was indeed charged for the canceled order without receiving a receipt. I placed an order for McDonald's for my son and babysitter via Uber Eats, but the delivery never arrived. An hour later, my babysitter messaged me asking about the food's status. I was frustrated since I rely on Uber Eats daily and expect reliable service. While dining at a restaurant, I couldn't be on my phone constantly to check the order status. I trusted that the food would arrive at our condo promptly within 10-20 minutes. I'm disappointed that my son and the babysitter went hungry, especially since my son isn't feeling well. This situation is unacceptable and frustrating.

I recently ordered momos from The Appetite in Airoli, totaling Rs 78, which included a Rs 20 delivery charge. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience when the delivery person called me regarding difficulty finding my flat. Despite the lift being out of order, they rudely insisted I come down to pick up the order. As a customer, I believe it's important to receive respectful service, especially when paying for it. Being a lawyer, I am aware of my rights as a consumer and the expectations of service. The unprofessional behavior of your employee was unacceptable, and I am requesting an apology for this incident. The delivery person failed to contact or call me. Despite the screenshots I provided, he refused to come to my gate. This happened before as well. It is frustrating to endure this poor service. Uber Eats must improve its delivery staff's training. I will no longer order from them. My last two orders were wrongly charged due to the delivery partner not reaching my gate, as evidenced by screenshots. Uber's lack of response is disappointing. The charges were incorrect, and I demand a refund or appropriate compensation. I have proof, including maps, and will escalate this matter. Uber risks losing customers if such issues persist. The attached screenshot shows the delivery person entering the wrong street and refusing to reach my gate, a recurring problem that remains unresolved.

I made an error in the address I provided for my delivery, leading to a frustrating interaction with the delivery associate. Unfortunately, after trying to correct the address, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. The unprofessional behavior displayed has left me extremely dissatisfied. This experience has put me off from using Uber Eats again. I am deeply disappointed and will not be recommending this app to others if similar incidents occur. I am also seeking a refund for the service.

I placed an order with an estimated delivery time of 1pm. However, the delivery time was changed to 1:20pm, causing me inconvenience as I cannot wait around. I tried to cancel my order, but there was no option available on the site or the app. I now have to wait for the late delivery, making me late for work. I request a refund to make up for this delay. If I had known the order would take longer, I wouldn't have placed it. Having the option to cancel would have helped in this situation. I am unable to call due to work constraints, so I hope this issue can be resolved online. Unfortunately, I have deleted the Uber Eats app and will not use it again due to this experience. It's frustrating to not have online support available. This whole situation has led to me deciding not to continue using your service.

I am facing difficulties logging into my existing account. When I try to log in through the app, it prompts me to enter my phone number and email address. After entering my phone number and the four-digit password, it asks for my email, but upon entering it, I receive a message stating that there is already an existing account with that email, which I am aware of as it is mine. Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed further and am continuously redirected back to the phone number entry with no way to access my account. I suspect this is due to an old phone number associated with my email. I would like to link my current phone number to my account, but I am unable to log in even though I know my password. Despite my attempts to contact customer support, I am unable to get assistance as my number is not recognized. It seems there is no other way to access my account through the app, which is quite frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

I placed an order from Biswas Mistanna Bhandar for 3 items - a sugar-free Sandesh, one small Rasgulla, and 4 Hing Kachori with aloo. The delivery has been delayed for 2 hours. When I tried to contact the Uber Eats delivery person, he didn't answer my calls, or when he did, he claimed he was arriving but never showed up. Ultimately, the order was cancelled by him because he said we didn't arrive to collect it even though we were waiting. The payment was made through Paytm, and the amount of rupees 95.50 was deducted, but we never received our order. It seems like the delivery person deliberately didn't deliver the order.

I am disappointed with the service provided by the top food delivery service. I am unhappy with the food I received as it had mustard even though I requested for no mustard. Additionally, the burger I ordered for £13.50 was the worst I have ever had. This experience has left me feeling let down and disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer of Uber Eats and Uber taxi, my complaint seems to have been ignored. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue with my recent order of Chicken Dum Biryani from Reddy's Biryani on July 11th. I received an order confirmation for the amount of 66rs. After the restaurant accepted the order, delivery boy Rajan was dispatched for delivery. However, upon checking the order status later, I was surprised to see that my order had been cancelled and the amount appeared as unpaid. I attempted to seek assistance through the Uber Eats app, but was unsuccessful in resolving the matter. Upon contacting customer service via phone, I encountered difficulty as they insisted that I had personally cancelled the order, which I did not do. Despite multiple attempts to explain, they were unhelpful and disconnected the calls abruptly. I am disappointed by the lack of trust and respect shown towards me as a customer. I placed an order with the message instructing the driver to notify me upon arrival, but unfortunately, this instruction wasn't followed. I had to be contacted by the hotel reception instead and had to personally locate the driver. The driver's behavior was unprofessional, blaming me for the error. I have not accepted the food due to this issue and request a refund. Furthermore, I insist on the driver being reprimanded, receiving an apology via phone, and having the same order redelivered at no charge by a competent driver.
