June 24, [redacted] Uber Support I have been an Uber driver for nine months. This is the second time that I have been deactivated, and I feel it is unfair. Uber mentioned that my ratings dropped from 85% to 83%. I am always polite to everyone. However, I encountered an issue at the McDonald's in Cottage Grove-So Ho, IL, where the management requested drivers to enter the store to pick up orders, which contradicted the usual process. I faced difficulties due to a phone malfunction causing delayed deliveries but promptly notified Uber. Despite delays at restaurants, I maintain professionalism, particularly towards customers to ensure good service. I am uncertain if my deactivation is permanent and seek clarity on potential reactivation options or any necessary steps. I value working for Uber Eats due to the mileage compensation, not commonly provided by other companies. I recently placed an order and had a conversation with the driver. Despite my efforts to coordinate the delivery, there was a misunderstanding regarding the location. I attempted to meet the driver halfway but we ended up at different gates. The driver refused to look for me any longer and asked me to find her. I complied and went to her location, only to find my order canceled upon arrival. I am not seeking a refund, but I find this situation unacceptable. I recently placed an order with McDonald’s for delivery to my location in Hendersonville, TN, but somehow it was directed to Taco Bell in Clarksville, which is nowhere near me. The order was also completely wrong. I tried to cancel multiple times, but the tracking page kept popping up. When I reached out to an Uber Eats manager, there was a language barrier, and I was told to contact support for a refund. I am frustrated as I didn’t receive my food, let alone the correct order, and I really need the refund as I couldn’t have dinner. The mix-up has left me disappointed, and I hope to get my money back as it means a lot to me. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

On June 22, [redacted], I placed an order for the Crispy Paneer Combo, but unfortunately, I received a non-vegetarian item (Chicken) instead. I immediately lodged a complaint with attached photos, but I haven't received any resolution yet. I am deeply concerned as a member of a North Indian Hindu family - imagine if beef was delivered instead, this goes against my religious beliefs. I haven't heard back from the company, and I am frustrated with the lack of response. I demand a full refund and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.

I am A. Tanwar from New Delhi. My phone number is [redacted]. I had placed an order with "Moolchand Parantha" for delivery to IIIT Delhi at 6:40. The delivery driver did not answer my calls despite me trying nine times. He was rude and unprofessional when confronted, refused to deliver the order, and claimed it was canceled, yet I am still being charged. His behavior on the university campus was aggressive and unacceptable. I will not pay for this canceled order due to his incompetence. I faced no similar issues with a previous order from "The Burger Club- Lajpat Nagar." The delivery person's name is "Sultan." I demand the charges for the canceled order be removed immediately, and the delivery guy be disciplined for his unprofessional conduct. If Uber fails to address this, I will escalate this matter on social media and with higher authorities.

I ordered food for myself and my friends and received delivery information. However, I later discovered my order was canceled without notice. I am upset it will take 5 to 7 days to receive a refund. I need my money back immediately, not after a week. It's frustrating to have my funds withheld for your mistake. Please expedite the refund without delay. It's inconvenient and unfair to hold onto my hard-earned money. I expect a prompt resolution without any further inconvenience.

Last night, I ordered a "Tangy Paneer Pizza" from "Ice Balls & Slice Square" near 56 Dukan, New Palasiya. I specifically requested no onion or garlic in the pizza. The cafe owner called to say they couldn't make the pizza Jain, so I agreed to a cheese and paneer pizza. However, when I received my order, it contained onions. I called the owner and explained the situation. He promised to deliver a Jain pizza at no cost the next day as they had closed when I complained initially. This morning, when I asked for the Jain pizza, they refused, asking me to complain to Uber Eats as they couldn't afford the discount. If they make a mistake, they should take the loss. Could you please contact the store and ensure the pizza is delivered correctly at my location? Thank you.

I ordered from Ubereats on Friday, June 21, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not deliver to my address, resulting in an almost two-hour ordeal between the restaurant and customer service. The food I eventually received was cold and unappetizing, leading me to throw away approximately $45.00. I was shocked to receive an email thanking me for a tip I never gave, especially since I believe my money should be refunded due to the poor service and inedible food. Unauthorized charges from my bank account are unacceptable, including the unexpected tip given to the driver on June 25, [redacted]. I request the removed tip be returned promptly. Taking money without permission is unlawful, and the current charge of $48.00 is astonishing.

I used Uber Eats to order from Sapporo Japanese Bistro & Sushi Bar at 11:25 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26, [redacted] (order #8C9CB). My order was due by 12:05 p.m., but at 12:15 p.m. when I checked, the driver had canceled stating I was unreachable, despite no missed calls in my logs and my phone volume being up. I paid $46.63 for undelivered food as the driver allegedly couldn't reach me, although he didn't ask the front desk for help upon arrival. I am seeking a full refund from Uber due to this disappointing experience. I have screenshots of my order and call history for proof if required. Unfortunately, I don't see an option to attach them on this platform.

I had a distressing experience with Uber Eats. I placed an order totaling over $45, and the app indicated the driver was coming. However, the driver allegedly left because they couldn't reach me after a mere 5 minutes, which I found implausible. Upon contacting Uber Eats, the customer service representative offered no assistance and the supposed manager was too busy to help. I insisted on a manager who directed me to an unresponsive email address. After several attempts, I was told to email within the app, which was met with a response stating I was unavailable, denying me a refund. Furthermore, the app changed the driver's wait time from 5 to 8 minutes. Despite my persistence, a customer service representative named Jean prematurely closed my case. I find the lack of customer support appalling. My rightful refund is in question, leaving me frustrated over a transaction where everyone else benefitted while my food mysteriously disappeared. Uber Eats needs to rectify this situation promptly.

I am #F33CB. The delivery driver only rang once, disconnected when I answered, and then canceled my order. Despite my repeated calls to the driver through Uber, I couldn't reach him. The restaurant, Arsalan Hatibagan in Kolkata, suggested contacting UberEats. I contacted the driver, who claimed the order was canceled accidentally. He asked for a cash payment to redeliver, mentioning he paid the restaurant in cash. The restaurant denied taking cash from drivers. How do I get my money back in this situation? I also faced embarrassment in front of my guests; who will address that?

I am extremely disappointed with the assistance I have received. After reaching out to Matthew and updating the app with a new address, we generously tipped him over 20% to accommodate the change. However, despite assuring us he would deliver to the new location, he never arrived or informed us otherwise after waiting over an hour. It is evident that our food was never delivered as promised. Subsequently, I attempted to rectify the situation by using the Uber Eats app, only to find that Matthew is no longer listed and the purchase has vanished, yet I was still charged over $20 and for the 20% tip I provided upfront. The lack of resolution and being charged without receiving our order is highly frustrating.

I recently had an order cancelled due to issues with your driver and phone agent not following instructions correctly. Despite explaining the road closure to them, the driver did not listen and the agent abruptly ended the call when I expressed my frustration. This experience has been a consistent problem with your service, and today's incident was the last straw for me. Comparing this to a positive experience I had with another delivery service, it's clear that improvements are needed within your company. It's disappointing that my concerns were not properly addressed, and there was no effort to make up for the inconvenience caused. Moving forward, I will be using other delivery services such as Grubhub, DoorDash, and Slice that have provided better service in the past.

Hello, my name is Kayla C. and I placed an order on UberEats for Hooters on 6/28/[redacted] in the Concord area. Sadly, my order was completely wrong. I ordered kids wings, a ten-piece wing meal (half honey barbecue, half Lemon pepper), cheese sticks, and a side of curly fries totaling $44.98. However, I only received the cheese sticks and fries. The ten-piece meal was missing, and the kids wings were sauced incorrectly with no drink. After contacting Hooters and UberEats, I was initially told UberEats could send a new driver or refund me. When reaching out, I was informed they could only refund $23 for the missing items. Frustrated and with cold, untouched food, I requested a full refund, which was denied. Despite asking to speak to supervisor Emmanuel, I was told nothing could be done. I feel disappointed and annoyed as my orders often have issues, but this time it was excessive. I am seeking a refund for my order, not credit, as I no longer wish to risk further mistakes when ordering through UberEats.

I am experiencing a problem with an undelivered order. The delivery person did not respond to calls or texts. Customer service suggested charging me for the undelivered order by cancelling it, which was not acceptable. I felt disregarded by customer service representatives who provided only one unhelpful solution. The lack of support and understanding from the customer service line, specifically "Clyde," is very disappointing. It has been 30 minutes past the expected delivery time with no resolution. I did not anticipate this poor service from Ubereats and hope for a better outcome.

I have received a notification to contact customer support regarding my account issue. When I reached out, they mentioned that my background check did not pass. However, I am a driver with postmarked and have a clear background check through chekr. I was instructed to send a copy of my background check to Uber support for further assistance. There was also a mention of a duplicate driver's license associated with my old account, which I cannot access as my phone number has changed. I tried to update the old account with my new number but couldn't proceed without the old phone number. As a result, I created a new account with my current number. I need help resolving this matter as I have been attempting to address it for the past two weeks.

I placed an order with order number 6F6E5. While the application screen stayed on the "Confirming" page for over 5 minutes, I assumed the order was not accepted by the restaurant. I tried to cancel but was informed by a representative that my order was completed and out for delivery, even though I didn't receive any confirmation. I don't want the meal and didn't get a chance to confirm it. I request a refund as the fault lies with the application, not my end. I was on reliable WiFi, ruling out a connection issue for the page not loading.

I ordered dinner for my mom and myself from Krystal Hamburgers tonight. We were both very hungry and excited since we love Krystals. Unfortunately, I was never contacted to inform me that my order had been canceled. We waited eagerly, only to discover on my tablet that the order was no longer valid. We have been unwell for a long time, and we were really looking forward to our Krystal dinner to lift our spirits. Instead, we were left feeling very disappointed and sad that our anticipated meal was not on its way, and we weren't informed promptly to make alternative arrangements. Given this situation, I believe Uber Eats should provide my mom and me with a significant credit for a future order. I hope that Uber Eats will make this right for us.

I recently ordered Chinese food from Flavours of China in Dadar and paid online. However, after an hour, the restaurant informed me that the Uber Eats delivery driver had not yet arrived. Eventually, the driver picked up the order, but I received a message stating that my order was canceled. Despite the restaurant's assurance that they would refund me, it has been 15 days since the incident and I have not received my refund of over 1k. Subject: Regarding Unintentional Order Placed Hello Team, I accidentally placed an order while trying to prepare my cart. With just one wrong click, the order went through without any confirmation, which was a frustrating experience for me. I contacted Uber Eats to cancel the order since I was unable to do so myself. This incident, being my first order, has left me disappointed with the app’s UI and overall user experience. I was informed that I could use the amount in my next order, but I don't understand why I should have to pay if the order was canceled with customer service promptly. As a result of this experience, I have decided to uninstall the app and will not be using Uber Eats in the future. I request that the amount for the canceled order is not deducted from me, except for the next Uber Eats order. Customer satisfaction should always be a priority over brand reputation, which unfortunately, I did not experience with Uber. Thank you.
