I just want my money back please I canceled the meal myself like a minute after it was made and all I want is a refund

I spent **.** on food and canceled it before the food was made and we never got the money back I have screenshot proof of the money being on hold and we called you guys like ** mins after we canceled bc we were confused why the money wasn’t back in the account and the man we talked to I forgot his name said that it would take *-* business days and that was on the *rd of June it is now the *th of June and the money isn’t in the account and still says it’s on hold I can’t afford to loose ** dollars bc you guys won’t send it back please help
