When I signed in today I received a FINAL NOTICE on my account. About three days ago I received a first notice about undelivered orders and I contacted support. I was informed that the notice was system generated about an issue I had spoken with support about. (While making a delivery a customer texted me to cancel the order. When I called support I was told to approach the destination bring up the red triangle and mark it as customer unreachable.) Other than this one instance I have had no other issues with making deliveries besides a few customers that were unreachable for delivery and after numerous phone calls texts and knocking at the door* ringing of the customers bell I have started the timer and waited the allotted *:** minutes for the customer to respond before terminating the delivery after the timer has run out. **Now my instant cash out has been suspended and no one over the phone can give me any further information. I should not have any undelivered orders to begin with as I have notated in detail above. My ratings have not changed. As it stands I am still at **% with only * thumbs down and the only notation was a slow delivery that was due to a mechanical issue with my vehicle that has long since been resolved. **I would like to know exactly what is going on with my account, why my instant pay has been suspended, how to re-enable it, and if it can not be re-enabled at this time, exactly how long it will be unavailable for. **Your timely response to this issue is greatly appreciated. **Lance T.
