I have called and spoke with customer service in regards to the delivery person delivering my order to the wrong person. Detail information with names and a contact number was given in case of a problem. I spoke with the delivery person Selma who admitted and apologized for not reading the notes and for just dropping my order off cause she was in a hurry. In return she stated that she would contact customer service to advise them that she did delivery it to the wrong person and the reason why she did which has nothing to do with me receiving my order. I am requesting that my order be refunded in full and please have a tutoring session with the driver to avoid future problems with other orders.
