Despite having reported similar occurrences in the past and following Uber's instructions to deliver to the correct address promptly, my account was still deactivated. I operate in a bustling city, Miami, with heavy traffic which often leads to challenges in accurate deliveries. I kindly request for my account to be reactivated so I can access my hard-earned funds deposited automatically. I am frustrated with McDonald's and Uber Eats. Uber Eats claimed they couldn't help me when McDonald's made a mistake with my order, leaving me famished at 9 pm. I ordered a cheeseburger meal but requested no cheese as I don't eat it. Upon delivery, they omitted everything except the very thing I can't consume - the cheese. This pattern of errors is unacceptable, and Uber's lack of assistance is disappointing. I am so upset that I am considering deleting both the Uber Eats and Uber rideshare apps.

I placed an order on Uber Eats on May 12th, [redacted]. However, when I tried to order again, I found out that my account had been temporarily disabled. I am unable to use the service now, and despite contacting Uber's customer service twice, I have not received any update from them. Hello, I'm having difficulty reaching Uber Eats support. My account got deactivated for late deliveries, but after contacting support, I was assured it wouldn't impact me. Now, I got an email saying I'm terminated for failed deliveries, which isn't true. With [redacted]+ completed deliveries and a good rating, I follow guidelines carefully. When a customer is unavailable, I follow procedure correctly. Getting deactivated without cause is unfair. I need my account back after this mistake. The accusation of not delivering orders is false. I request a thorough review to reinstate my account. It's frustrating and unjust to be falsely accused when I've followed the rules faithfully for so long. I placed an order on Ubereats this afternoon around 15:50. The delivery was expected by 16:35, but it never arrived. Despite the app showing it was delivered at 16:50, I did not receive the food. The driver's name was Victor, and the tip was added undeservingly. I paid R146 which includes the tip. I now request an immediate full refund as my son is without dinner due to this issue. I'm a regular customer of Uber and Ubereats, but this experience has left me disappointed and skeptical. I will refrain from using Ubereats until this matter is sorted out. I will share my negative experience on social media if this is not resolved promptly. The food was ordered from Mexican Fresh in Blairgowrie, Randburg, ZA. I urge for a quick resolution and full refund of R146. Thank you.

I placed an order on Uber Eats. They assigned me a driver, but then inexplicably switched to two more drivers. Despite ETA changes, the order was ultimately canceled after three failed delivery attempts. Upon contacting the sushi restaurant, they confirmed they handed the order to the initial driver. Disappointed as a loyal Uber Eats customer, I intend to order directly from restaurants going forward due to this frustrating experience. It's now 3 pm, and I ordered at 1 pm, leaving me hungry. I kindly request a refund for this order and a discount for my next purchase.

I ordered Chinese food from my local restaurant through Uber Eats. When the driver arrived to pick up my order, he accidentally locked his keys in his car and couldn't deliver it to me. I was tracking the order and only realized it had been canceled when I checked myself. Neither Uber Eats nor the restaurant informed me about the cancellation. When I reached out to Uber Eats for help, they were unhelpful and informed me that I would have to wait ten days for a refund. I was disappointed as I had friends over for dinner and had to cancel the meal due to this mix-up. The Uber Eats representative I spoke to seemed more concerned about the driver than my situation. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, and I won't be using Uber Eats again, and neither will my friends. Uber Eats completely ruined my evening.

I was recently charged for an item by a restaurant that asked me to cancel my order as they were out of stock. After canceling the order as advised, the restaurant still picked it up and informed me that they didn't have one of the items I requested. I promptly canceled the order and sought the item from another available restaurant. Unfortunately, I ended up being charged for both the order I received and the one that was canceled due to the restaurant's mistake. I believe there has been a misunderstanding in communication regarding my refunds, and I feel dissatisfied with how Uber has handled this situation. Despite my attempts to reach out via email, the responses seem automated, and I request assistance in correcting this double charge issue promptly.

Order Number 5785C I made the order at 3:17, expecting it to arrive within 45 minutes. However, the delivery was completed late at 4:40 pm. When I received my meal, it had been sitting out for over an hour. Despite checking for traffic delays, there seemed to be no excuse for the significant delay. The tracking on the app indicated the driver stationary in Lake Oswego. The late delivery caused me to miss enjoying my meal during my lunch break as intended. In addition to the delay, the driver also had trouble finding my location, forcing me to provide directions over the phone. This experience was quite frustrating. Although I don't seek a refund due to the free delivery, I would appreciate a UBER Eats credit for a future order, if possible. Thank you, Jen T

Dear Uber Support, I want to share my disappointing experience tonight with the Uber ordering app. I placed an order with Shirlington Halal Pizza & Restaurant at 8:25 PM EST on 5/17/[redacted], expecting delivery around 9:00 PM. At 9:01 PM, I got a one-second call from [redacted], likely the courier. After trying to call back without success, a timer started notifying me my order would be canceled within 8 minutes. Despite texting the courier and attempting to reach him, my order was canceled as the courier claimed he tried to contact me. Even though I could not contact him after the 8 minutes, he was unresponsive. When addressing this issue with Uber's customer service, I felt dismissed and the lack of understanding aggravated me. I'd appreciate a refund of $26.97 or equivalent credit. If my concern cannot be addressed, I will reconsider using Uber. I was initially charged [redacted] Rs for canceling two Uber rides when I used UberEats. I paid the valet in cash for my 97 Rs order and used 57 Rs in Uber credits, but I was still charged [redacted] Rs, paying 4 Rs extra without complaint. The issue is puzzling as it seems like I was wrongly charged varying amounts - first told I owed [redacted] Rs, then 52.50 Rs. I contacted Uber's support team, and they claim I canceled a ride on 17 May [redacted], but I haven't booked any rides this year; the cancellations were in March [redacted]. I recently placed an order with my local restaurant through Uber Eats. However, I encountered an issue with the driver called Phillip cancelling my order abruptly without any notification. This was very concerning as the app initially showed my food was close by before suddenly being cancelled. I am requesting a refund due to the poor service I experienced. I had a lengthy wait for my order and encountered multiple rude individuals. When I called to inquire about my order since the app was not working, the person who answered was dismissive and impolite. Additionally, the driver had difficulty finding the location, and despite my attempts to assist, she was unprofessional and disrespectful. After a frustrating 12-minute phone call, she eventually found the place but handled the delivery poorly and made inappropriate remarks. I rely on this app frequently and hope for a refund to address this disappointing experience, as continued poor service may lead me to no longer use your services.

I had a positive experience with Gerald, the McDonald's delivery driver today. However, the food was cold upon delivery because it was left waiting. It's frustrating to pay full price for cold food after such a long wait. I rely on Uber Eats due to my chronic illness, but I've faced multiple disappointments with the service. The customer service is lacking, as it feels impersonal and scripted. The representatives seem to not truly listen and have lengthy waiting times. Paying full price for cold food is unfair. Considering discontinuing use of Uber Eats due to these recurring issues.

Hello, I selected to deduct the £6 credit when I placed my order, but I was charged the full amount. Additionally, the food I received is of extremely poor quality. The meat is overcooked and burnt, the chips are soggy, and the corn on the cob is cold and overdone. It smells and tastes terrible, resembling dog food. I have reported this and provided photos through the app as proof. I am adamant about receiving a complete refund for this unacceptable experience. I have recently noticed unauthorized transactions on my bank accounts from Ubereats. Despite contacting both of my banks' fraud departments, the issue persists. They have advised me to reach out to Ubereats directly to request a list of all transactions made using my card from April 1st to present, along with my personal information and delivery address. The transactions include an order on May 15th from Halifax and another on May 19th for £20.16 from NatWest. It seems someone has been using my bank details to order food via Ubereats. Both myself and my banks are eager to identify the delivery address to take necessary actions to stop this fraudulent activity.

I contacted customer service regarding the delivery issue where Selma mistakenly dropped off my order to the wrong recipient due to not reading the notes. I provided detailed information and contact details for follow-up. Selma acknowledged her mistake, apologized, and attributed it to being in a rush. She assured she would inform customer service about the error not affecting my receipt of the order. I am asking for a full refund of my order and suggest providing additional guidance to Selma to prevent similar issues in the future.

I had a negative experience with an Uber Eats delivery driver from Nishi Poke and Ramen Bar. The driver canceled my order even though he was at my address. Being sick and unable to go downstairs, I always meet delivery drivers at my door. I explicitly provided directions, yet he did not follow them and claimed to have called me when he did not. As a frequent customer, I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. I was charged $23 from my Uber cash credits for the undelivered order. I now have to reorder and wait an additional 30 minutes. I am seeking a refund for this disappointing service.

I need assistance with my canceled order CA68A. My child unintentionally placed this order, and I only realized when the delivery driver contacted me. Initially, the driver mentioned they could cancel it as it was a first-time unintentional order. After contacting customer service, the driver collected the food. However, I was told by the driver that the order would be canceled, and I wouldn't be charged. Now, I am being charged, which I find unfair and dishonest, leading me to lose respect for Uber Eats. I refuse to pay for food I didn't receive. I would like to speak to customer support and the delivery driver to resolve this issue and remove the arrear amount. Unless this matter is resolved, I will avoid using the Uber app and will encourage my family to do the same.
