You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Me and my friend order food through uber eats around * pm, at * pm we decided to go get food ourselves because even though the place we ordered through made our food, the delivery driver, I think his name was David, never picked it up and never brought it to my house. It kept saying "slight delay" all the way up till *:** and then we stopped checking it. As of today I'm being carged for car rental from uber eats, but still never got my food? Funny, huh? I want a refund. Simple as that.

Called the support number and the money pulled out is in authorization hold so it should be out in *-* days if not I will go back in and go through the same process of calling them and figure out what's going on.
