Hello, I ordered two ice cream cones from Baskin Robbins with Order #CEC2C. I received a message from UberEats indicating that the ice cream might melt before delivery and a customer service representative called me to discuss. Although I agreed to cancel my order due to concerns about the ice cream's condition upon arrival, I was informed that I would still be charged $15.00 for the unfulfilled order. As UberEats charges for delivery services, customers rely on them to provide satisfactory services. It is essential for UberEats, as a delivery company, to establish clear guidelines such as requiring drivers to have coolers for transporting ice cream or considering removing ice cream from their menu if they cannot ensure its quality during delivery. After a tiring day at the hospital, I opted for Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I mistakenly selected a restaurant in Garden Grove to deliver to a Hyatt Regency in the same area, not realizing I live in San Diego. Upon noticing my error on the map, I promptly tried to cancel the order and called the customer service line. I provided all the details, but the associate seemed confused and attempted to have the driver deliver it from Garden Grove to San Diego, a 90-mile distance. Despite my attempts to cancel, time was wasted as the associate, Philip, seemed unable to grasp the issue even after explaining it twice. This experience was frustrating as my family and I are regular Uber Eats and Uber users, and we have never encountered such a lack of understanding before.

On Sunday, April 7, [redacted], at 11:51 AM, Uber Eats notified Balamurugan that order C65E4 was canceled as the delivery partner couldn't reach him. This led to a charge of INR [redacted].30. Uber advised updating the contact number and adding delivery instructions to avoid such issues. Balamurugan expressed frustration over the cancellation and the behavior of the delivery person and requested a refund of INR [redacted].30 paid for the undelivered order.

Last night, I ordered $67 worth of food for a group, but I mistakenly provided the wrong address. Despite my efforts to communicate the correct address to my driver, they did not respond to my messages and went to the wrong location. As a result, my order was canceled without a refund. I am disappointed by the driver's lack of professionalism and disregard for my attempts to rectify the situation. I am seeking a refund for the inconvenience caused by this unpleasant experience. I am extremely frustrated with my Uber Eats app. The option to click "delivered" is missing, and driver support hasn't been helpful despite numerous calls. When I asked for a contact number, they provided me with the wrong one for a pest control service in California. I've tried reinstalling the app, updating my phone, restarting it, and even a master reset, but the GPS still doesn't recognize my location. I can't proceed with new orders without canceling the current one. I work in tier 3 tech support and know my Note 8 is not the issue. Uber suggested visiting a green light hub, but the nearest one is five hours away. This problem isn't with my device as other delivery apps work fine. I am reaching out regarding my undelivered order. Despite my attempts to communicate with the driver by phone and text message, as well as waiting outside in the rain, the delivery did not take place. The driver acknowledged my messages but did not attempt to deliver the food, resulting in the cancellation of the order. After contacting customer service, they confirmed speaking with the driver who stated he would not return. I respectfully request a full refund for the order, as I took all necessary steps to facilitate the delivery process. I placed an order with Five Guys for delivery at 8:25 pm. After calling the driver at 8:35 pm and being told the food would arrive at 9 pm, I was concerned about the quality. Even after questioning the driver about cancelling the order, I didn't get a clear answer. While attempting to resolve this, Uber called at 8:43 pm claiming an incorrect address, which I knew was accurate. After explaining the situation to them, the call got disconnected. I feel frustrated, especially since I had already tipped the driver. Now, all I want is a refund and for someone to contact me promptly.

My order #2b0cb was unexpectedly canceled, yet I was still charged $32 as I allegedly did not answer my phone for the driver. This is frustrating, as why would I not respond for a $32 food order that was prepaid? Shortly after, I had to place another order for $33 because we urgently needed to eat due to having a newborn at home. Despite waiting for the food my wife deserved, it never arrived. Upon contacting the driver, she claimed she was instructed to discard the food by the owner, who I happen to know personally, and he denied giving such an order. The replacement order arrived cold, but we consumed it nonetheless. However, the fact that I am being denied a refund when the order was canceled without valid reason is truly unacceptable. I am keen on resolving this issue promptly and request to escalate this matter to a manager.

I placed a late-night order, but due to a 10-minute delay, I suspected there weren't any drivers available. When I contacted UberEats to cancel, the initial customer service agent seemed indifferent and advised me to wait. As my order was further delayed by 20 minutes with no drivers in sight, I called again. The second representative I spoke to was attentive and resolved my issue promptly. The first representative's lack of concern and unhelpfulness were disappointing. It was frustrating to have to immediately call back and seek assistance from someone else. Their unprofessional and unsympathetic approach left much to be desired for customer service.

I placed an order for a cake and paid by card. The delivery person, Muni, called and I said I was on my way, but he left without waiting and did not call back. When I tried to reach him, he didn't answer. After 10 minutes, he finally picked up and bluntly said the order was cancelled. This ruined the birthday celebration I had planned. I reached out to customer service, but the manager quickly offered a refund without acknowledging my frustration. I feel let down and upset by the service provided. I will not recommend or use the service again due to this experience. I am concerned about the delay in getting my money back on my credit card, which could take 5-7 working days.

After spotting his location and waiting for half an hour, I later received a message that the order was canceled because he claimed he called me upon arrival, but I did not respond. I placed an order an hour ago from my current location, which is clearly specified on my account. After waiting for about 50 minutes, the delivery driver called me to ask for my location. I promptly sent my current location via WhatsApp. Roughly 10 minutes later, the delivery status was marked as "delivered." I waited an additional half-hour without any further updates. I reached out to the same delivery driver, only to be informed that my order had been canceled. This experience was quite disappointing, wasting 1.5 hours of my time. Not only was my money taken without receiving my food, but I also expect compensation for the inconvenience caused by this situation. Looking forward to a speedy resolution.

I recently placed an order at Oasis Mediterranean Food on Cocoa Blvd. Despite spending around $70 on food and not receiving it, when I went to explain the situation, they were unhelpful and even threatened to call the police. The restaurant claimed it was not their fault, blaming Uber Eats instead. The owner's behavior made me fear for my safety as he became aggressive and intimidating. Subsequently, I placed an order with Beef O' Brady's, which was delivered promptly. I'm now hesitant to use the app again after this experience and am seeking a refund from Oasis Mediterranean. I feel compelled to warn others about the owner's hostile and dishonest conduct at the establishment.

I am requesting a refund for an order I recently placed at Masala Cafe in Newark, NJ. I ordered Channa masala, 1 puri, 2 lassis, and a cheese appetizer. I waited at the door, but the app suddenly said the delivery was undeliverable. I contacted the restaurant, and they mentioned that once the food is prepared and sent out, they are no longer responsible. They explained that the driver's car broke down, leading to the cancellation of my order. My family and I are now left hungry, out $47, and feeling very frustrated about this entire situation. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will definitely be providing a poor rating. The driver was a female driving a Honda Accord.

Regarding order number DCEDB, I encountered a frustrating experience with Uber Eats recently. After placing and promptly canceling my order, I reached out to a representative named James to explain that my reason for cancellation was due to a family member already bringing home food from McDonald's. Despite this, I was informed that according to Uber's policy, refunds are not granted once the restaurant has confirmed receipt of the order. I believe this policy is unreasonable, especially since there was no clear warning on my end about potential charges post-cancellation. I possess a screenshot displaying the note about potential "partial refund" in case of cancellation. James repeatedly denied my refund request, which I found disappointing given my history of positive issue resolutions with Uber Eats. Hello, I placed an order for food through your app yesterday with order number #E1464. Unfortunately, my order was not delivered, and my first promo code was wasted. The order status showed it was delivered at 6:23 pm. I tried calling the delivery boy, Suryakant at +91 [redacted], but he did not respond. When I contacted him the next morning, he rudely denied receiving the order and disconnected the call without resolving the issue. This was my first time using Uber Eats, and the experience was terrible. In contrast, I have always had fantastic service with Zomato. After this incident, I am hesitant to order from Uber Eats again. I hope to receive a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service provided by your company. After receiving three incorrect orders and returning them, my account has been suspended for alleged food theft. The lack of assistance from your staff left me searching for contact information for two hours, which is unacceptable. These experiences have been disgraceful. It is no surprise that others prefer using Menulog, and restaurants hesitate to work with you. Despite spending a significant amount of money, I have encountered nothing but errors in orders and delivery persons who neglect their responsibilities. I have decided to take my business, as well as my family's, to your competitors. It is offensive to receive such emails and not have the opportunity to respond. This unprofessional behavior will lead me to advise others to document and photograph any issues with their orders and opt for alternative food and ride-sharing services until your company improves its practices.

Hello, I placed an order with On The Border an hour ago. The order was accepted and then quickly canceled. I have been charged $40.61 for the meal, but the refund has not been issued yet. I contacted the restaurant, and they informed me that they did not receive my order and suspect UberEATS canceled it. As stated in your app, customers should not be charged if the restaurant cancels the order. I haven't received the meal, yet I have been charged. I seek a refund promptly. I understand refund processing times but want to ensure it doesn't get overlooked. Thank you.

We are requesting a credit for the order that was not delivered. My husband, who is also an Uber Eats driver, was at the door waiting but the driver did not make any contact or attempt to deliver the food. We followed up with PSTavern staff, who confirmed that the driver canceled the order before it reached us. We have pictures as proof from the staff and can provide them upon request. We have always been regular customers of Uber Eats and would appreciate a credit for our next meal. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.
