I have used Uber Eats several times in the past two months. Every time I order from Popeyes, I include an extra biscuit in my order, but it has not been included each time. This results in me paying for something I do not receive, which is disappointing. Moreover, in my most recent order, they provided the wrong drink and were out of one item I requested, leading to changes in my order. Despite this, they still did not get everything right, and I did not receive the additional biscuits I ordered.

Last night around 9:40 PM, I placed an order while working at a spa. Typically, the drivers locate the spa easily and deliver to the door. Since I was with a client, my manager was going to accept the delivery. Despite providing clear directions and the spa's name for GPS use, I missed the driver's call and he left with my food, ultimately canceling my order. I am frustrated with Uber Eats drivers not following GPS properly. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I have requested a refund.

Upon accessing my account and navigating to Settings, the sections for "Saved Places," selecting "Home" or "Work," and entering a delivery address are missing. The content displayed after tapping on Settings shows my profile details, including my name, number, and email. However, the necessary fields to input delivery addresses are absent, causing frustration as I am unable to save any addresses. How can I rectify this issue and add my delivery addresses when the corresponding options are not available on the page? Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I was sitting on my couch near the front door when I heard something being pulled out. Shortly after, the driver, Cassandra, knocked on the door. Once I closed the door, I called my husband, Jesse, to thank him. He mentioned a birthday card he had left in the front door, which I didn't receive. Instead, I only received the donuts as the Uber Eats driver must have taken the card.

I placed an order with Chunkies this afternoon for $[redacted].40. Now, when I try to place another order, it's not going through. The website keeps saying I owe $0.40 from the previous order, which I already paid for. Even after paying the amount, the same issue still persists. It's frustrating and causing a lot of confusion. I usually opt for cash on delivery, and I don't understand why this $0.40 is causing such a problem. I'm willing to pay it again if necessary, but I wish this issue could be resolved. I hope the team can address this matter promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out to request a refund for my recent order experience. On April 8, [redacted], I placed an order with Starbucks at around 2:55 pm, with an estimated arrival time of 15-20 minutes. Despite this, the delivery kept getting pushed back, and it was projected to arrive at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order as I had prior commitments and could not wait any longer. When contacting support to cancel, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund. I find this unfair as the delay caused me to cancel the order, ultimately not receiving it. I placed an order (#3CE2A) from Green Bawarchi Hotel in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. My delivery agent, Ramesh, delivered the parcel, but when I went to rate the order on the Uber Eats app, it showed as unfulfilled. I have a picture of the delivered parcel as proof. I am unable to find a customer care number to address this issue directly. Please respond here so we can resolve this, or else I may have to explore other options. Thank you.

The system incorrectly stated that the driver waited at my address for eight minutes and tried to reach me, which is inaccurate. In reality, the driver only messaged me via the Uber Eats app about the order mix-up. As soon as I received the message, I noticed he was already driving away from my location. He essentially arrived, mentioned the order was incorrect, and departed. It didn't make sense for me to go outside when he was already leaving the vicinity. The order was not officially canceled until he was quite a distance away from my house, approximately a mile.

The driver mistakenly went to the wrong address, and someone else placed the order without my consent. I informed the driver over the phone that I did not make the order and would contact the person responsible. The driver contacted me again to inform me they were outside, but that was the last communication. The individual who placed the order mentioned that the driver never arrived at the designated address and mistakenly went to a different one. It appears that there are two identical addresses in the neighborhood.

I recently placed an order with Quito Pizza, but made a mistake with the address input. In an attempt to correct this immediately, I cancelled the order within moments of submitting it. The cancellation was so prompt that the order hadn't even been fully processed. I then placed the order again with the correct address. Surprisingly, I was charged for both pizza orders. Quito Pizza informed me that they handle reimbursements, but I am hoping to get my money back as the initial order was cancelled before being finalized, and I reordered right away with the correct details.

I've been a loyal Uber Eats customer for a while, but recently I noticed they added a service fee that pops up even though my orders are always over $15. Paying $8.00 on top of the service fee for a total of nearly $20.00 in delivery charges seems excessive. Despite consistently placing orders over $15, this additional cost feels unfair. I have given Uber Eats a lot of my business, and this sudden change leaves me feeling taken advantage of. The request for a tip on top of these charges further compounds the frustration. It's disappointing to feel like loyal customers are being overcharged without any explanation.

Hello, I am reaching out in regards to my order with the number #BE433. The delivery was scheduled for 12:15 PM, however, the delivery person did not arrive even after 40 minutes of waiting. When the delivery person buzzed under my apartment, I opened the door for them, but they disappeared soon after. I initially thought the delay might be due to issues with the apartment's elevator, but as more time passed, I began to suspect something was wrong. Unfortunately, I am unable to go downstairs to check as I do not have the necessary access card and there is a long wait for the elevator due to a crowd of people waiting to go downstairs. I kindly request assistance in determining what happened with the delivery since I did not receive any follow-up contact via phone call or text message. Additionally, the mobile app is not functioning properly since my return to Melbourne, prompting me to place orders through my laptop.

Hello, I placed an order for mini chicken tikka khebsa on March 30, [redacted], which cost Rs. 85. I paid with my debit card, and the amount was deducted promptly from my account, but the order was automatically canceled. I have contacted the support team about this issue but have not received a response. I am requesting a refund for this order. Additionally, on the same day, I ordered Prawns triple rice from Mao Chinese for Rs. [redacted], and after making a card payment, the order was also canceled automatically. Uber Eats needs to address the issue of not adding the money earned onto the provided cards as promised. The funds are currently stuck in the app, causing financial hardship as my bills are overdue and my car has been impounded. I trusted and committed to providing a service through this app and expected timely payments for the work completed. It's been frustrating to learn that customer service calls are outsourced to the Philippines, where cultural differences seem to hinder effective assistance. I hope Uber Eats can resolve this promptly and uphold the expected standards of payment for the services rendered.

I've previously had positive experiences ordering from Uber Eats. Recently, while in a more rural area in Waxahachie, TX, I encountered a delay. I ordered a salad from a nearby McDonald's, but after waiting over an hour and a half, I called the restaurant and was informed that the salad had been sitting for a while. I eventually picked up the order myself. My main concern was the time wasted waiting for a delivery that never arrived. The McDonald's manager mentioned that no one had accepted the pick-up around the time I went to get my order. While I understand the challenges of delivering in less populated areas, it would be helpful to inform customers beforehand to manage expectations.
