I've been attempting to place an order through the app for three days now. Once I reach the "place order" button and click on it, a message appears regarding Uber Eats' policy of not delivering to schools. Usually, there would be an "Agree" button to proceed, but now there is an additional paragraph concerning not accepting vouchers for the monopoly games. This extra information prevents me from scrolling down to access the "Agree" button, making it impossible to place the order. Despite reaching out through the Help menu and reinstalling the app as advised, the issue persists. I've encountered this problem on my daughter's phone too, and it's disruptively disrupted my ordering process twice recently. This problem has emerged only recently in the UK, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate and identify what has caused this sudden issue.

I placed my first order with UberEats today. I received a call, but by the time I reached to pick it up, the order was cancelled. When I tried calling back, it got automatically cancelled. I went to look for the delivery partner, but he was not near my gate. Upon searching, I found him standing further away and my order had been cancelled. Despite this, he gave us the order and collected ₹[redacted] in cash. You can verify this with him. I tried to place another order for dinner, but it stated that I needed to pay for the previous cancelled order along with the new one. Since I already paid for the first order, I did not proceed with the dinner order. I expect this matter to be resolved. The delivery person should have informed us that we didn't need to pay him. Why did he take money from us? If this is the kind of experience I can expect, I am hesitant to continue using your service. I am looking forward to a prompt resolution to this issue.

I had an account with Uber Eats where I ordered pasta but it wasn't delivered to me. The delivery guy claimed he waited, but I couldn't attend him, so he left. Now they are asking me to pay for it. I find it unfair to pay for food I never received, and now I can't use the service. My colleague had a similar issue. There is no customer service number or email to contact Uber. When I emailed Uber Eats for feedback, the request was closed without a response. Can someone please help me with this situation?

I am disappointed with the service I received. Initially, I tried to use the app on my phone but it wasn't working, so I had to use Uber Eats with someone else's number. Unfortunately, my order was delivered incorrectly and cold, with items missing. When I contacted the restaurant, they asked the driver to return for the missing items, but he refused unless he was paid again. The situation was frustrating, and I complained to Red Lobster. The manager agreed to remake my order, but I had to pick it up myself even though I had already paid a delivery fee. Uber Eats contacted me, but the customer service representative was unhelpful and disconnected the call when I asked for her name. The overall experience was very disappointing.

I had a very upsetting experience with a delivery driver from Uber Eats today. I'm currently a patient in the hospital and provided clear directions to the main entrance, elevator to the 6th floor, and my room number for the delivery. Despite this, the driver was incredibly rude, used profanity, and refused to bring the food to my room. I even had a nurse waiting to assist me back into bed due to my pain. When I asked for a brief delay due to my condition, he responded inappropriately and hung up on me. In the past, other Uber Eats drivers have effortlessly brought my orders to my room without any issues. This driver's behavior was unacceptable, and I believe he should not be representing such a service. My nurse also encountered rudeness when trying to retrieve the food from him at the main entrance of the hospital.

I want to express my appreciation for your quick response in addressing my concerns. I have two issues to bring to your attention: 1. My order #EDA01 was delivered with missing items, leading me to place a second order incurring additional fees totaling $8.65. I paid a total of $41.54 for a meal that should have cost $35.06. I kindly request a reimbursement of the delivery and service fees for the second order as the error was on your end, resulting in extra costs for me. 2. Regrettably, I initially left a poor tip and review for my driver Adrianne. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that my order was mistakenly given to another customer due to an error at the restaurant. I would like to amend my review and provide a proper tip for Adrianne's service. Alternatively, you may allocate my delivery charge to her as a form of compensation. I appreciate your attention to these matters.

Hello Team, I am having trouble logging into Uber Eats on both mobile and PC. When I try to reset my password, it prompts me for an email address, but when I enter it, I receive an error saying "this email address is not linked to this account." I have attempted to resolve this issue by reinstalling the app and trying different browsers on my PC. However, I am still being prompted to enter an email address to reset the password. I have two accounts with the numbers [redacted] and [redacted], and both are experiencing the same problem. I have been facing this issue for a week now and have been unable to reach customer support for assistance. When I called, they were also unsure of how to help me. Please escalate this case. I ordered Garlic Chowmein in my first order. Sorry for typing in Hindi... My friend told me there was an offer going on so I decided to order. However, when the delivery person arrived, I canceled the order. He said I would receive a call for cancellation but no one called. Now, Uber Eats is asking for a charge of 49 without any reason. I cannot even place a new order. Please help me remove this unnecessary charge from my account!

I need assistance with an order issue. My order number is 0602D. I provided the wrong delivery address but tried to correct it before the driver picked up the food. Despite contacting the restaurant and reading instructions on Uber Eats, the delivery driver did not respond until arriving at the incorrect address. I would like to know if I am eligible for a refund or a promo code for my next order. The payment went through on my card, but the food was not delivered as planned. Since I had no one at the wrong address, I couldn't have it retrieved for me. I've already reordered for today but seek a refund since I couldn't enjoy the initial order. Additionally, what happens to the food if it's not delivered? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal UberEats customer for many years and have consistently used their services. Unfortunately, my recent experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite waiting for over 3 hours for my order due to multiple issues, I was unable to receive any compensation as initially promised. It is disappointing that after such a long wait and multiple attempts to resolve the matter, I was left without a satisfactory solution. I encountered issues with my first order. I requested a Coffee iced coffee with caramel syrup and a shot of espresso, no milk, no cream due to my milk allergy. Unfortunately, the coffee I received had no sugar, caramel, or flavor. In addition, my chicken and waffles order arrived with soggy waffles even before adding syrup. Hoping for a better experience, I ordered from McDonald's next time with extra caramel for sweetness but ended up with milk in the coffee. After contacting customer service, the driver advised accepting the order for a refund upon providing a picture. Despite explaining the situation to the driver and guiding him to the correct location, the order was canceled. I have reached out multiple times to no avail, feeling frustrated with paying $40 and being without my coffee.

I frequently order from Uber Eats and have never encountered such an issue before. Tonight, I placed an order at 7 pm for Kyosho restaurant. By 7:25 pm, it was still "confirming order with restaurant," so I decided to call Kyosho. They mentioned they didn't receive my order and advised me to contact Uber Eats. After reaching Uber Eats customer service, it was already 7:40 pm. They suggested I cancel the order, promising a refund. Once the cancellation was confirmed, I requested them to reorder, but they declined. I asked for a credit due to the delay, surpassing 45 minutes, but they refused. Upon asking for a manager, they initially resisted but eventually connected me. However, the manager was rude, lacking empathy. In my profession as a nurse, empathy is crucial. The lack of empathy displayed was concerning. The call ended abruptly as the manager hung up on me. This conduct is disrespectful. I am surprised by Uber Eats' response to an order delay, with no credit offered to the customer. Is this the standard culture at Uber Eats?

While visiting from out of town, I used the app to order food. Unfortunately, right after confirming my order, the app crashed. Upon reopening the app, it indicated that I had canceled my order and prompted me to reorder, to which I agreed. Shortly after, I received an email receipt showing that I was charged for canceling my initial order. I contacted customer service right away, only to be told that I couldn't receive the food I paid for or a refund. It seems unreasonable to expect someone to reorder the same items within minutes. I find it concerning that the company would withhold a product after charging for it and claim it was being prepared but can't be delivered. This experience has led me to rethink my use of the service, as I value fair treatment of customers. I also recommend investigating the app for any bugs that may be causing crashes at crucial moments.

I made a purchase of over $30 with your company, specifically ordering from Popeyes Chicken, but encountered issues with the two pies I ordered. Despite reaching out for a refund due to the inedible quality of the 99 cent pies, I was informed that no refund would be provided. The situation worsened as the delivery driver displayed unprofessionalism by not communicating, being slow to deliver, and only engaging through text messages. This lack of customer service, combined with the refusal for a mere $2 refund out of a $33 purchase, has led me to decide not to use your services in the future. I have shared a couple of complaints already, and this will be my final one. I am deleting my account and sourcing services elsewhere where customer care is valued, even without being prompted. It's essential for your company to improve customer service to avoid negative reviews.

I placed an order with Denny's for delivery, but the delivery driver never showed up with my food or returned it to the restaurant. After contacting Denny's, I was told he had left long ago and it was not their responsibility. I'm extremely frustrated by this situation. I didn't receive my food, yet I was still charged for it just so the driver could eat it instead. This is unfair, and I demand a refund. I put a lot of effort into earning that money. I hope your customer service can address this issue fairly since the driver never made any attempt to reach me. I had only $40, and you took $32, leaving me with inadequate funds to buy another meal. Please rectify this situation promptly.

My delivery got canceled by the driver today, 4/4/[redacted]. The order number is 6C37F. The delivery was supposed to arrive at 10:45 a.m. I was outside waiting, but the driver had already left. I contacted support, and they mentioned the driver called, but I never received a call. Potentially, due to working at a hospital, I may have missed it. The main issue is that I was outside at the designated time, but the driver wasn't. I request a full refund. Thank you.

I had a long 12-hour workday and was looking forward to my UberEats delivery when I finished at 9 pm. Unfortunately, the driver canceled my order without trying to contact me. When I checked the app after noticing the delay, it claimed the food was delivered because they couldn't reach me. I assure you I was waiting by the door hungry. Not being refunded for the undelivered meal was frustrating. I request a refund and some credit for my next order to continue using your services. I recently placed an order for McDonald’s through the Uber app, and it took an hour to be delivered. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the food was cold, and the McFlurry had melted. I was extremely disappointed with the service, especially since the driver took a longer route. I contacted Uber for help, and they only refunded me 69p for the melted ice cream, which was inadequate given the overall poor quality of the whole order. I am frustrated that I cannot speak to a representative over the phone to address this issue promptly. My complaint has been wrongly marked as resolved, and my request to speak to a manager has been ignored. It is essential to have a reliable telephone service for customers to resolve complaints effectively.

I am feeling very frustrated. I have been relying on Uber Eats and Uber a lot recently due to my broken leg, and this morning I ordered breakfast from McDonald's. The driver, Hamid, with the license plate CEXL416, refused to deliver my order claiming the concierge wouldn't let him come upstairs, which was not true. My concierge asked him to park in visitor parking, as he was illegally parked in the fire exit. Despite multiple calls from him, I couldn't go downstairs due to my broken leg. His attitude was very unpleasant, blaming me for making his job difficult instead of delivering the food. I am disappointed that Uber refused to issue a refund, claiming the driver waited for 17 minutes, when in reality he was pressuring me to come downstairs for that time. I am frustrated and upset that this has happened more than once, and if not resolved, I may stop using Uber in the future.

I ordered food from Parkway Diner last night for myself and a coworker. My coworker got a chicken parm sandwich with disco fries, which is an extra charge, and I ordered ribs with a soup. The delivery was fast, but the cost was surprisingly high. The delivery driver rushed off right after dropping off the order, leaving me with missing items and a wet bag. Despite my attempts to flag him down, he left quickly. Upon inspecting the bag, I realized the soup had spilled all over everything. My ribs were safe in their container. Being pregnant, I was really looking forward to the soup, so this was disappointing. When I called the restaurant to discuss the issue, they offered me a free sandwich and a soda, but I just wanted a refund. I don't understand why I should have to pay more for their mistake.
