The issue in GetHuman-kwilcox's own words
We have one restaurant with Uber Eats. We're trying to add a second restaurant. We have called ** times (as of this morning) since *******. Putting this morning's call aside, we have been told ** times that someone would call us back in **-** hours. The last time (***) I spoke with a supervisor who also assured me someone would call me back. No one ever calls me back. The phone * associated with the order is ***-***-****. The current restaurant we have with you is Mukashi Sushi Bar. The restaurant we want to add is Eastwind. The phone * is the same for both. What I really want at this point is the phone * for your corporate headquarters but I can't seem to find that online.
GetHuman-kwilcox did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
