I made an order that did not go through with my card, so I went out of the app.... came back in and made another order that did go through. When I went to review the order, both the first and second orders where there, so I cancelled the first one because I wasn’t aware it went thru for processing. I called the Uber Eats service desk and they stated that the order was cancelled ** seconds after it was placed. However, TGI Friday’s states that the order went into another system where they begin working on it. I was encouraged to submit my complaint here because there could not have been any real preparation in ** seconds. The order number is FE*DD.
GetHuman2593988 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
