I’ve tried to contact your customer service through the phone and through the app and I have received NO help. Your representatives have just kept me running I’m circles repeating myself over and over again with absolutely no help or answer to my question. Each time one of my family members and boyfriend (who all have the same delivery address as me) have the option to have free deliveries by the “share a courier” option from several restaurants on their app, I’ll check my phone right away at the exact same time as I see their offers to order on my phone, I won’t get the same free delivery options EVER. I understand they are there for a limited time, but even right as my sister or someone else shows me in their app that they have multiple stores with free delivery and I go straight to check my app, I don’t get the same options. I don’t believe that is fair seeing as I use this app more than enough. We all have the same address, so I don’t think it should be any different for my app. Please do something about this. I don’t need to know anything about promo codes, I don’t need help with an existing order, i just need to know why I don’t get the same offers everyone else in my household gets. PLEASE help me.
