I placed an order on March * from one of your couriers in the area to get a free booking fee, and when I placed my order I was charged an extra $* for the booking fee when I should not have been. I then was charged an extra $**.** to my bank account without Uber eats telling me. I contacted your in app help and was told the charge was pending and would be corrected by my bank soon. When it was not corrected, I chatted again on the app, and was told that this money was for a previous order (from February **), which was paid for when I ordered it. I then called the uber eats help line and was told I needed to email an email that is no longer taking responses, so now I am trying here. As a frequent customer of Uber eats I am unbelievably frustrated with the lack of assistance or care of your customer service team. I would like to be refunded $**.** for the extra money and the booking fee.
GetHuman-sfpersia did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
