Good evening,**I would like to just inform you of the absolute worst experience and service from your company, Uber Eats. **When you offer food options on the application, you are providing a service for the customer. Multiple times I have experienced the same issue - **-** minutes after my order is placed, it is canceled. And my time is wasted. **I place an order and am charged immediately. The expected time for delivery is approximately ** minutes. ** minutes after I placed my order, I receive an alert saying my order is on its way. However, * minutes later saying that it has been canceled. **Having experienced this issue for a second time, I decided to call the support line. I spoke with someone who guided me to the escalation person that I was told would be able to help. When I asked why my order has been canceled, I was told that the delivery driver canceled because another delivery driver had picked up the order to be delivered. He asked me if I would mind being placed on hold. Afterwards, he speaks to me and informs me that because I requested a cancellation of my order, they would be happy to issue a one time courtesy of waiving the charge and will refund the amount I was charged. **When I told him multiple times that I did not cancel my order, and would like to know what happened he kept asking if I mind holding for moments throughout the call. Afterwards he finally refunded the order and told me that if would like the food still, I can reorder the food after this call. **This was the worst service I have ever experienced and cannot trust that Uber Eats will fulfill any future order I may want to place , moreover, the customer service will not be helpful if I would need assistance. **I am no longer a customer and will be sure to tell everyone I know that I would not recommend Uber Eats as a valid option and that Seamless is a far better choice in choosing a delivery service. **Thank you.
