I am new to ubereats and want to get started. I've uploaded my proof that I am on the insurance plan and it will not accept it. It says it need attention and it is on hold. Because I am not the primary policyholder on the car insurance plan, I did not upload a pic of the insurance card, but I uploaded a picture of a page from the insurance proving I am a driver on the plan. I spoke to someone on live chat yesterday and he said that would be fine. and now it's not accepting it. What should I do next?
