Ordered from Hooters and items were missing. I called Hooters and spoke to the manager and he asked me about the bags. I mentioned what was missing from my bags and that my bags were opened and he stated that the food had to be tempered with because they closed their bags all the way up and have been having many complaints. The delivery person appeared to be intoxicated and seemed to have passed our hotel up while I watched on my phone. After hearing that our bags should have not been open at all, i do not want any of food ma'am* sir and i would like a full refund and they could come get this food plz. I do not have money to give away and especially not while um on vacation.
GetHuman2225953 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
