I had a missing item in a very large order. Customer service was very polite but I am disappointed that Uber would not re send the items for me. I am also disappointed that my car will be charged AGAIN until the food is delivered. What if the order is AGAIN not delivered? The I will be out, double the amount of the item I have attempted to order. I have now spent **minutes attempting to order subway.. UberEats advertises connivence but this was the most inconvenient experience I have had with this service.
