Hello, I am Milo, and I encountered an issue with my recent Uber Eats order from Wasabi Sushi & Noodle on February 3, [redacted]. I placed an order for over £20 to be delivered to 79 Stuart Street East. After tracking the order and waiting for the driver named Adil to deliver my food, the order seemed to vanish. Although the app marked the order as delivered, I did not receive the food and did not hear from the driver. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed that the payment was deducted. When I tried to order again, I discovered that my account was disabled, preventing me from reporting the missing order and seeking a refund. I am seeking assistance to understand why my account was deactivated and to inquire about receiving a refund for the undelivered order. Despite being a loyal customer for an extended period, I am profoundly disappointed in both the behavior of the Uber Eats driver and the company's disregard for customer data protection. Today, I placed an order from Cremes Southall through Uber Eats (order number: #23b54). The driver appeared polite during delivery. However, following the delivery, he called me from a hidden number at 2:27 pm and identified himself as Sahil, mentioning he recognized me in Southall and wanted to establish a connection. Upon stating my marital status and disinterest, I ended the call. This unwanted interaction occurred as I awaited an important call from my child's doctor regarding his illness. Subsequently, at 2:57 pm, he proceeded to message me on WhatsApp under the name "Hozoor Khan," claiming to be a stranger. When I revealed that he was the delivery driver, he fell silent and offered an apology. I am deeply disturbed by his actions as he disclosed my personal details and address, creating a concerning situation for me as a mother with a young child. I have involved the authorities in this matter and urge you to address this breach seriously. The driver is identified as Zabieullah on Uber Eats, under the alias "Hozoor Khan." Should others be using his account, it poses a severe risk to customer data privacy and potentially endangers customers. It is crucial that you address this matter promptly to prevent such incidents in the future. I trust that you will handle this complaint with the gravity it deserves. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Uber Eats. Despite speaking to four different representatives who all agreed I should receive a refund for order #F0983 placed on February 5, I have been told multiple times that I cannot get a refund. The delivery person ignored my instructions to come upstairs, did not contact me, and then falsely claimed I was unavailable. Despite providing evidence that the delivery person neglected to follow instructions and that I was available, I have yet to receive my refund. This whole situation has been unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a regular customer. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further.

I placed an order for myself and a colleague at the office. The delivery driver mistakenly dropped off another order before ours, which was not an issue. I contacted Bryce and provided clear directions to the free visitor parking in our building. However, I noticed on the tracking that he missed the free parking and attempted to enter the private area before circling back. Despite my directions, he claimed he couldn't locate the free parking and insisted I meet him at the curb. He mentioned the area was confusing and expressed concern about parking availability. Although he stated he tried calling, no calls came through while I monitored the tracking closely. Eventually, he messaged me saying I needed to pick up the food downstairs and promptly canceled my order. Given the driver's lack of effort and premature cancellation, I expect a complete refund. My team frequently uses Uber Eats, and this experience has made me reconsider their services.

I ordered food, and it never arrived even though the status said it was delivered. No food arrived, no calls were made, and I spent $36 on the order that I never got. After waiting for so long, not receiving the food is disappointing. I am considering escalating this complaint even further if necessary as this feels like theft. I am immensely dissatisfied and may have to involve the authorities to address this issue. All I wanted was my money back, and now I am left hungry. I ordered food from Applebee’s in Hackensack, New Jersey. After waiting over 30 minutes, I saw on the app that my driver had picked up my order. Tracking him through the app, I noticed he was leaving New Jersey and heading into New York. I have a screenshot of the map showing this. Can you verify the driver's location? I placed an order and tried to change the delivery address. Despite calling and texting multiple times, the Uber driver still went to the wrong location and refused to reroute. He requested I meet him there, which I agreed to. However, he then made inappropriate comments about not liking Indian food due to IBS, offending my Indian friend. I informed him I would report the conversation to Uber, and he promptly canceled the order. The total was around $45, a significant amount for a college student. I am seeking a refund for the order and would like to request that this driver be restricted from delivering to me in the future due to previous issues.

Good evening, I am Thomas L. and I have been a loyal Uber Eats customer for a while. Although I have encountered subpar orders before, tonight's experience was exceptionally bad. When I contacted customer service, I explained that I rarely complain and that this was a rare occurrence based on my past purchases. Unfortunately, the customer service agent informed me that nothing could be done to resolve the situation. As a result, I don't think I will be using your services in the future.

I am a regular Uber Eats customer but have encountered a problem that prevents me from placing orders. Despite always paying in cash and never using online transactions, the app is showing a due amount of around 90rs for an old settlement. I am willing to pay the 90rs, but the transaction is not going through. This issue has led me to stop using the service altogether. I request that you investigate why this due amount is showing up when I have always paid in cash. I recently placed an order at Wendy's Gate Pa in Tauranga on Friday, February 8th. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order. I had requested a low carb chicken burger but received a low carb beef burger instead. As I avoid red meat, I was quite disappointed and had to discard the meal. I promptly reported the issue to Uber Eats via the app and expected a response within 24 hours, but I have not received any communication yet. I am dissatisfied with the level of service provided in this situation.

I recently placed an order with McDonald’s but mistakenly provided the wrong address. After contacting McDonald’s and speaking with my Uber Eats driver to rectify the issue, I was informed that the driver would not deliver to the new address and mentioned discarding the food. I have evidence of this conversation through a screenshot. I find this situation unacceptable and would appreciate a refund for my order. We do not have an account with your company, yet we noticed two unauthorized charges on our bank statement, one for 41 and another for 28. Despite contacting customer service three times, we've been asked to email our bank details to an address that seems to not accept incoming mail. This situation is extremely frustrating. I ordered McDonald's from Crayford with Order No. 66/B229A. The food left the restaurant at 14:19:09. I live just 5-6 minutes away, but it was delivered around 15:15, cold and with melted ice cream. I tried calling, but couldn't find a phone number. I had to throw away the food. McDonald's suggested contacting you for a refund as I was very unhappy with the service. Thank you.

I received a large order from UberEats but one item was missing. Although customer service was polite, I was disappointed that Uber would not resend the missing items. Additionally, I found it frustrating that my card would be charged again for the order until the missing food was delivered. I worry about being charged twice if the order doesn't arrive again. Trying to order from Subway has taken me 40 minutes now. UberEats promotes convenience, but this experience has been anything but convenient. I know issues can arise in business, but prioritizing customer satisfaction and convenience is crucial.

I placed an order with Big Fellas on Great Horton Road in Bradford today for delivery to 8-10 Walmer Villas. However, even after 2 hours, the food had not arrived. When I called the takeaway, they mentioned that the food had left an hour earlier with no driver returning. My debit card was charged £29.40 for the order that allegedly was delivered by Kazam, but we never received it. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially for our hungry kids. We ended up ordering from another takeaway and had to pick up the food because we couldn't wait any longer. I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered order.

I encountered an issue with changing my delivery address shortly after placing my order, resulting in cancellation. Despite contacting the vendor immediately to prevent preparation and reaching out to UberSupport within minutes, I was told by Alex that no resolution was available besides denial of a refund. Despite my efforts to escalate the case, no supervisors were supposedly available, and a promised call back never occurred. Gabriel, the supervisor, offered no solution other than reordering or picking up the food myself. When I suggested he contact the vendor, he claimed to do so but returned to the call quickly. The lack of assistance and contradictory information from both agents left me dissatisfied and questioning their intentions. The inability to edit delivery addresses within the UberEats app before orders are processed seems unnecessarily restrictive compared to other delivery platforms.
