Hello . As I’m typing this I currently have an open order I been waiting on since *:**pm and is now *:** pm. That I am still waiting on to be delivered and I’m wondering that if my food is ever going to arrive because the time just keeps adding up & it’s been almost * hours. I try calling the restaurant to cancel and said they were not and that I had to cancel but I will then be charged for an order that will most likely be COLD and my drinks melted and I think that is not fair. I just want a refund back . First time this happens .
