Subject: Refund* *Hello**I made a complaint through the app but have not heard back I put an order in my basket but never confirmed it and had no intention of ordering it, I did not receive a confirmation of this but you have placed the order and taken payment from my bank account. The driver returned to the restaurant with the food and assured me I will receive a full refund and he also said and I quote "Uber Eats does this to people all the time". Please can you issue a full refund as I did not eat the food it was returned to the restaurant, and I didn't even confirm the order which is against trading laws. **I look forward to hearing from you.**Natasha
