I was trying to order my son dinner and put him to bed on time and now because of all of this he will have to go to bed late and I will have to buy two dinners tonight the first one of which is this one and is going in the trash rather than his stomach. ... Food is cold and obviously NOT fresh. Now I have to load up my two-year-old into the car and go buy dinner again tonight because this food is going in the trash it is unedible and gross. I want my money back. This was a waste of my time And completely inconvenient and because of it now my son is going to go to bed past his bedtime rather than being on schedule like he would have been if I had gotten fresh food like I’ve paid for

I want a full refund. And it would be nice if I got anything towards my next time I use ubereats for the inconvenience this has caused.
I have always been a good customer and used mini delivery services including Uber Eats and DoorDash as well as others but this is ridiculous service
