The driver that delivered my food was very rude and unprofessional. As I had forgotten to add my buzz code to my delivery note, he called me upon arrival and I had verbally given him my buzzer for him to enter my building. He proceeded to act confused and said "there is no buzzer here". I had went downstairs to meet him as I had assumed he was truly confused. Once I met him, I had pointed out the buzzer panel and explained the confusion with the delivery note. He continuously cut me off mid-sentence and ended the conversation by shoving my food into my chest and saying "just take it, I don't have time for this".**The driver's name is Li, and he drives a Honda Civic (CCRT***). I do not expect a refund as it is not the drivers responsibility. I do hope he is penalized appropriately for his disrespectful behaviour. I have already rated him according to my unpleseant experience. Please get back to me about this situation at your earliest convenience. **Thank you.
