Last Friday Jan ** , **** I made an order for a later time that day. I realized I may need more food so I called the restaraunt to ask if I can add food and she told me I first had to cancel the order through Uber eats. I asked her if I would be charged and she said no, because the food was never made because I had it for a later time. So I canceled the order and re did it on Uber eats but forgot to change the time. Right after completing the order, I canceled it again and called the restaraunt to order for pick up instead. Again, I asked the girl if I got charged because I just canceled it again and she said no because I canceled it right away and she knew it was a mistake because it was my order and we had just talked and she knew that I needed it for a later time. I then noticed my statement showed that I got charged for the food still. The amount was for $**.** and the order number ****** i need that money back just as quickly as it was taken out. I do NOT want credit from their restaurant or from Uber. I want my money back!
