I firstly ordered from GBK in guildford at *:**pm, it was estimated for *:** and finally ended up arriving after *:**. By the time it had arrived all of the food was cold soggy and the milkshake had melted and it was disguisting. I also made a seperate order to Frankie and Bennys for my colleagues as this process of delivery was occuring and when this arrived (on time) half of the order was missing. I am truly outraged by this service and I have been screwed over twice within the span of * hours. I have highlighted these problems on the app but wanted to highlight the fact that both my orders in the same * hours were messed up. I do not understand how this can occur, I have been a loyal customer to your taxi service and spent a lot of money on it so I thought that I would switch from deliveroo to try UberEats out because your taxi service is so good and that was a terrible mistake.
