Why i am charged for lst order when i did not cancelled it. It took more than *hrs to reach me , why would i wait so long for the order. Secondly the delivery boy never responded to my msg until i said him to take away its too long for the delivery more than an hour. Third he never reaponded to my messages and call . I am a regular customer of yours please if you want me to further use your services the amount you have added for last order should be removed. first check with the order and get all details then let me know if i m the right person to be charged. Will you accept order after a long time? How will you make sure you have been given authentic order after an hour ? Check the delivery time and time it was being delivered? Need proper enquiry and i will*not pay single penny. My contact ********** on which such thing has happened.
GetHuman-gautamar did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
