Hey UberEats,**I placed an order from my account at Papa John's Pizza that was $**.**. I called into the support team as they had missed one of the items we had ordered. After speaking to an agent she said she gave me uber credits of around $**.** to reorder the missed items and just use the uber credits to pay for it. **I thought this was a simple way to solve the issue however, once I tried to reorder the missing item using the uber credits, my account was completely locked. Thus, I had to call the uber eats support team once again, and spoke to Roy (Reference number: *********), where he informed me that I was given no uber credits (had an UberEats balance of $*) and my account was locked for no reason. I am confused as to what the previous agent I spoke to has said because I was told one thing and it seems like another thing happened. I am also confused as to why my account was locked at all.**I never really had an issue with UberEats and am disappointed with todays performance. Not only was it time consuming but it seemed like a simple issue was made into a much bigger problem.**Update: I originally sent an e-mail to the address provided by a fellow agent at UberEats support team and found out today that they gave the incorrect e-mail address. **My Account Information: *E-mail: *****@***.com*Phone Number: ************Please respond soon,*Poonam D.
