Hello,* My name is Regina Bannick, and I am a long standing customer of Uber eats. This afternoon, I placed two orders with Uber eats. One was erronously set for immediate delivery and promptly cancelled and second order was made for scheduled delivery at a later timee. As that time rolled around, however, I noticed complete inactivity in my order. It had not been accepted and just sat there, well past the *-*:** time frame set. I called the restaurant several times to see if I could figure out what was going on. They did not answer. ** I cancelled the order a second time and contacted the restaurant on Facebook. They told me that, not only was the place not open, they were not set to start using Uber for another week. ** I am writing because I would like to be ***%sure I am not charged for either order, as obviously this was an error on your part and the food was never recieved.** I have a screen shot of the correspondence e between me and the restraunt as well, should you need it **Thank you.
