Food was cold and shake was melted and watery

I placed a ordered at **:** pm at McDonald's in la verne CA. It shows it will arrive at **:**pm. It was still showing its being prepared at the store. The guy name Steven was supposes bring it at **:** pm. It shows he was going the wrong way. He came at **:** when i received the food it was very cold i ordered a kid meal hamburger and strawberry shake and the shake was melted and watery. That's very unprofessional and unacceptable. I need my refund back. I already called customer service for McDonald's. The representative I spoke to told me to called ubereats regarding this order. I called ubereat the representative told me to email you guys regarding this order. I need my money back. That's not fair to me at all. Im upset this is not okay at all. You guys need to fixed this!
