I encountered a situation with the delivery person who was very unpleasant. I placed a cash on delivery order and handed him a ₹[redacted] note, but he became agitated, claiming he had no change. Despite my frustration, he began yelling and using inappropriate language in front of my hostel, causing me great embarrassment. It is disheartening to see individuals with such poor manners representing your company. The lack of a customer service contact to address such issues is disappointing. I urge you to address this matter promptly to ensure better service quality. Unless action is taken against him, I will refrain from using your services in the future.

Hello, I am contacting you about my canceled order #00df2, which was canceled by your delivery partner Kishor from Gopalas Bits and Bites restaurant. I had been waiting for almost an hour when I found out that my order was canceled en route to my delivery location. The reason given was that the delivery location was too far and that my food was consumed by the delivery partner. After contacting customer service for an explanation, I was told they couldn't reach the delivery partner to provide details on the cancellation. This lack of communication was frustrating. I am curious about the actions taken against this delivery partner for inconveniencing me. I was also displeased with customer service representative Vishwas for not escalating my concerns and for arguing unnecessarily. I am not looking for an apology, but I am interested in how you plan to address this issue and compensate me for my wasted time. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will escalate it further.

Hello! I am currently experiencing a hold on my account. My phone number is [redacted]. I have been attempting to address this issue for several weeks now. I have contacted customer support twice, but unfortunately, they have not been very helpful. I am trying to understand a discrepancy in my balance, which amounts to approximately $12. At the recommendation of your customer service team, I reached out to PayPal. After reviewing my account, PayPal has confirmed that I do not have any outstanding payments with them. Despite this, your customer support line has been unable to assist me in resolving this matter. Today, I placed an order through Uber Eats at a McDonald's in Tujunga. Due to exhaustion from being up for over a day with my two toddlers, I chose delivery to avoid going out. Unfortunately, my order was missing items, and when I contacted the restaurant, they asked me to pick it up myself, defeating the purpose of using Uber Eats. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the drive-thru before going inside to inquire about my order. The missing items were given to me, but they were already cold. This experience left me unsatisfied as I had to retrieve my order in person despite paying a delivery fee for nothing and receiving cold food.

I recently placed an order with Hooters, but unfortunately, they forgot to include a juice box and did not prepare the wings as requested. When I attempted to lodge a complaint through the app, I was offered a full refund, which I felt was excessive. Deciding to seek assistance from customer service for a partial refund or credit, I received an email stating that they were unable to provide compensation. I was hoping for a more reasonable resolution, considering the situation. If this is the level of service provided, I am considering using Grubhub or DoorDash in the future.

I placed an order at McDonald's (Order A5541) and unfortunately, I didn't receive 3 large fries, 1 complete Happy Meal, and the toy that should have come with it. The delivery arrived late at 6:09 pm instead of the estimated time of 5:46 pm. I reached out to customer service and they refunded me $4.08, but this doesn't cover the missing items' cost. I was in a rush and couldn't wait for the correct order or make other arrangements for food. I believe I should be refunded the full amount I paid as $4.08 doesn't reflect the nearly $40 spent on the meal intended for my children and me. I hope this issue will be resolved to my satisfaction soon.

The delivery person, Rakesh, called me from phone number [redacted] and informed me that if there were any technical issues, he would not deliver my order and asked me to cancel it. When I tried to reach him at the location he specified, he was not there, and he had already blocked my number. After numerous attempts, he finally answered and mentioned he would take the order home and use it for his children. When questioned about this, he mentioned that Uber allows this practice if orders are canceled. Furthermore, he displayed rude behavior and attitude towards me. I kindly urge you to take action against such behavior from delivery personnel to maintain the reputation of Uber Eats. I also have a voice recording of our conversation as evidence. Last night, I ordered from UberEats around 7:50 pm to feed my family of 4. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour and seeing that the delivery was on its way, I was notified that my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. This left me scrambling to find an alternative, costing me an extra $14 and causing my small children to eat very late. Despite my attempts to contact customer support and receiving generic automated responses, the lack of care and support was evident. I believe UberEats should take responsibility for such incidents and provide better assistance to their customers. I am requesting a refund for the additional order I had to place due to this inconvenience. If these issues persist, I will have to reconsider using UberEats in the future. Today, Saturday, December 22, [redacted], three codes were sent to my Uber Eats account without my action. I did not log into Uber Eats today. The first code arrived at 11:38 am, the second at 11:45 am, and the last at 12:08 pm. The first two were the same, and the last one was different. Though rogue codes have appeared before, this is the first time I received three in a day. I haven't noticed any unauthorized bank transactions from the previous codes. I am uncertain of the steps to take in this situation. Since my phone is prepaid, and I get charged for each code sent, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I want to emphasize that I have not shared my information with anyone.

I ordered food from UberEats at 3:54PM, and by 4:02, I was notified that Cheryl, the driver, was on her way. The estimated time of arrival went from 18 minutes to fluctuating for about 30 minutes. At 4:42, Cheryl explained that a previous order had changed their address, causing a delay, but Uber was supposed to inform me - which did not happen. Despite reaching out, my food arrived cold at 5:08PM. As a loyal Uber/UberEats customer, I'm disappointed with the process. Drivers should only deliver one order at a time to avoid food getting cold. Cheryl apologized, and I believe the issue was not her fault.

I may have violated the code of conduct with Ubereats. My friend and I were brainstorming a social experiment early on a Sunday morning. We sent messages to delivery drivers like "hi handsome ;) busy night?" Most responses were casual or just directions to enter the building due to previous issues. When we answered the door, we had adult content playing on the TV in the background. It was audible but not visible. We were intoxicated and thought it would be amusing to see their reactions. Now, my account has been disabled, and while I acknowledge this as harassment, I feel remorseful when sober. As a regular Uber user, I am hopeful this can be resolved, but I am unsure. There hasn't been much response from customer support, except for a tweet assuring they are addressing my situation. Do you think this ban will be permanent?

We placed an order on Uber Eats for Spaghetti Warehouse delivered by Deon. Despite waiting over an hour, we received no communication from the driver. After waiting for so long, we got a text saying the order was cancelled due to the driver's inability to reach us. The restaurant confirmed the food was never picked up. This is the second time encountering such issues with a driver disappearing without notice. The previous time, it took 3 hours to resolve. This time is frustrating as well. We are both busy business professionals and the inefficiency is unacceptable. Despite giving it another chance, this experience has led us to reconsider using Uber Eats in the future.

Hello, I recently signed up for Uber Eats using my email. However, when I tried to add my phone number, the system indicated that it was already in use. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my number is linked to another person's email on the account. I attempted to update the email, but it also showed as already in use. As a result, my email-linked account does not have a working number, and the account associated with my number has a different email that I cannot change. I have requested to have both accounts deleted. Please assist me in deleting my current accounts so I can create a new one with my correct phone number and email. Thank you.

I ordered UberEATS McDonald’s last night at 1 am. My food was supposed to arrive around 1:06 am but it didn’t show up until 2:20-2:30 am. Upon arrival, the food was cold and I had to reheat it. Additionally, my drink looked like it had spilled as it wasn't filled to the top. When I called McDonald's, they said the driver left a while ago but seemed confused and had to return to ask for my address. This delay was frustrating as it took an hour. I believe the driver, Christian, was not prepared for the job. I request a refund for my order totaling $17.46. My order number is #A59A3.

I placed an order at 12:02 PM at McDonald's in La Verne, CA, for a kid's meal with a hamburger and a strawberry shake. The estimated delivery time was 12:23 PM, but when Steven finally arrived at 12:47 PM, the food was cold and the shake was melted and watery. I found this experience very unprofessional and unacceptable. I have contacted McDonald's customer service, who directed me to Uber Eats. Uber Eats, in turn, advised me to reach out to you. I am very upset and feel it is unfair that my order was mishandled in this way. I am requesting a refund for this disappointing service.
