The issue in GetHuman-leslycer's own words
I had an issue with my ubereats. So I placed an order and an Uber driver picked it up to deliver it but once he was on his way to my location he cancelled and took my food. I wasn’t charged but that wasn’t right I wanna report him I have the receipt in my account with his name but no information on him i dont know if you guys have that access. And than I ordered again and someone picked up my food and left, they were not part of uber eats. I know this because the uber driver that was picking up my order contacted me and the restaurant told the whole situation about someone else coming in to get the order. Furthermore, the restaurant said I cancelled my first order which I did not. I hope you guys look into this situation further.
