I send a text message to the delivery driver with the gate code. About five minutes later she arrives and attempts to call. The gate is apparently messed up so we ask her to try and after the fourth attempt I sent a message saying "Ok, we are coming to the gate!" Since it was much easier than fighting our apparently busted gate.**My fiance leaves to pick up our food and not even twenty seconds later I get a notification the driver cancelled the charge without a refund, ten seconds later my fiance messages me like "No one is here?" She waited six minutes tops for my fiance to get to the gate to let her in (or even just give him the **** food) and she bolted with a paid pizza. **I would like my charge refunded and I would prefer never to have this driver ever again. There is proof in the app that I cannot access anymore because she cancelled the order that we plainly stated "Hey we are on our way!" When she had been waiting less than five minutes. Please explain how *that* is a good policy for a delivery service to have?
