I placed an order at *:** PM. On Dec * and have still to receive my order and it is ** PM. *The restaurant I ordered from is Stuttgarden tavern and they said the order has been ready for an hour now but the driver has not arrived.*I don't know when I'll get my food or if it will even arrive but I know it will be cold.*Also, I already called ubereats customer service and they could not help me with this issue. *For these reasons (poor food quality and poor customer service) I deserve a full refund from ubereats.*The confirmation number is **B**.*The account is under Jenny A.
