Hello, i would like a FULL refund for an order i placed on december *st. Order : E***A*First of all, i accidentally put the wrong address. I immediately contacted the driver and informed him of the new adresse. He proceeded to then CANCEL my order , after i had payed, claiming it was fine and my food would come in ** minutes . I placed my order at *:**PM. I had to call the restaurant numerous times to get the drivers personal phone number, as he did not answer in the app. Myself and two of my friends must of called over * times , getting rejected by this driver. At that point it was **pm and we ordered from another restaurant after the driver promising it would take only an additional ** minutes to get the food. This is ridiculous it took the driver until **:**, to bring me my cold , soggy , not fresh subway sandwiches . I want a full refund it is ridiculous and i wont settle for anything less.*I would also like to add that i am a very good client of yours !
GetHuman-linechou did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
