My boyfriend and I always had issues with the delivery time with Uber Eats so we stopped using the service and switched to Skio the Dishes instead. Tonight I tried giving Uber Eats a last chance and ordered from my account some sushi literally down my street. I place my order *h**min ago and the status is still at "finding a driver". It's just absolutely ridiculous, I've never had one good experience with Uber Eats and I just thought that this time i would let you know that i am generally UNSATISFIED. I tried calling customer support but was faced with an automatic message that first said that the system was down for maintenance and then concluded with saying that the system had an issue. Even your automatic phone messages are inconsistent!**I'm so upset and hungry. Thanks but no thanks.**A lost customer.
