I ordered an a meal that wasn’t cheap and it was set to go to the wrong location I immediately cancelled the order within less then ** seconds of ordering it and I still got charged for the whole meal because “the restaurant had already started making my food” but that’s not even possible because I cancelled right away. This is ridiculous and I lost all the money and also placed the same order but for the right location so had to pay double. I would really appreciate a refund. I’ve used Uber eats many times and have never had a problem but this time I am disappointed. I wasted none of the restaurants money or supplies or food but mine was wasted and that just makes me upset.
GetHuman-lnmoir did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
